The Democrats approached the impeachment with the same cockiness that they approach everything. They thought they’d stomp their feet and run around with their hair on fire, and eventually people would see the righteousness of their cause. But it didn’t go down like that. Instead, the Trump defense team opened a can of whoop ass on the lot of them leaving the Dems wondering what hit them. They seemed surprised that they couldn’t win a conviction based on vitriol, character assassination and slanted news coverage. And they were genuinely shocked when their doctored videos and fake evidence was exposed to the public as the fraud it was. This was supposed to be the final drubbing of Donald Trump, instead, it turned out to be a revealing window into the degraded soul of declining party. In the end, Trump walked away unscathed while the Dems were left licking their wounds. Hurrah for Trump!

Now Trump is more powerful than when he was in the White House. His following has grown, his reputation as a fighter has ballooned, and his Democratic opposition has been exposed as incompetent, vindictive and thoroughly corrupt. That’s about as close to a total victory as it gets in politics. Trump has effectively vanquished his enemies and made himself the most powerful politician in America. He’s a conservative Colossus, a Republican kingmaker who is now in a position to hand-pick the party’s leaders in the next election cycle and (perhaps) for many cycles to come. As Marjorie Taylor Greene so aptly put it: “Trump IS the Republican party. It’s his party now”.

Who would disagree?

So now comes the reckoning. Already the pressure is building on the backstabbers, dimwits and apostates like McConnell, Graham, Sasse, Romney and the wretched Liz Cheney. Already the exodus of NeverTrumpers has begun in earnest. Soon the trickle will turn to a torrent as the “old guard” toadies and quislings make their way for the exits never to darken the halls of Congress again. Good riddance.

Some readers might recall how Steve Bannon’s top priority in 2016 was to clean out the GOP stables and purge the globalist double-dealers whose only goal was to cling to power by pandering to the Big Money guys who have been selling America down the river for decades. Now they’ll all be shown the door. It’s hard to believe, but the Republican Party has become the party of working people while the Dems are caught in the iron-grip of Wall Street, Big Pharma, Big Tech, the teacher’s unions, China and Israel. The impeachment has helped people to see what’s really going on. The Democrats are not linked to the Establishment. They ARE the establishment, and by establishment, I mean Swamp; the unprincipled, self-serving, namby-pamby meat puppets whose sole goal in life is to accommodate their globalist-oligarch bosses. The Dems have made no effort to reach out to working class people and address their interests. And there’s a reason for this: It’s because they have nothing but contempt and disdain for working class people. But you probably knew that already.

And let’s not mince words, Trump won the election fair and square. He IS the President of the United States, no two-ways about it. Whatever residence he occupies, that is the White House, that is the seat of government. Nearly 100 million Americans do not accept the results of the fraudulent election. These people know what happened and they won’t be bullied or threatened into saying different. Trump won. End of story.

Volumes have been already been written about the Big Steal, so I won’t bore you with the details here. Needless to say, the cognitively-impaired cadaver presently in the White House did not get 12 million more votes than Obama (Biden got 81 million votes while Obama got 69 million), 7 million votes more than Trump (Trump got 74 million votes in 2020) and a whopping 16 million more votes that Hillary. (Clinton got 65 million in 2016) The idea is laughable. The most gaffe-prone, tedious, empty-suit politico of all-time, did not garner 12 million more votes than Barack Obama. That did NOT happen. Which is not to say that Trump won the election easily. No, not at all. He needed the Democrats to help him, which they did quite eagerly.

In their typical ‘circular firing squad’ manner, the Dems tipped the scales in Trump’s favor when they offered their tacit support to BLM and Antifa for rioting and burning down cities across the country. That’s the straw that broke the camel’s back and shoved Trump across the finish line. It’s also why Trump got 10 million more votes in 2020 than 2016, and why he increased his support among minorities across the board. Growing numbers of blacks and Hispanics understand that the charges of “racism” directed against Trump are a pathetic attempt to divert attention from the relentless class war the Dems are waging on working class people of all colors. Now take a look at this excerpt from an interview with pollster Robert Cahaly who explains what happened in the run-up to the election:

“What we’ve seen, is the blue-collar, Midwestern voters that were considered Democrats, for the last 20 something years who had been part of the Reagan democrat coalition, came back. They came back because they felt like there was a candidate who appealed more to regular working class Americans than any Republican ever had. I mean, let’s face it, Mitt Romney was the opposite of a Republican who appealed to working class Americans….

….there are people who are suburban, with upper-middle income, higher educated mothers, who just did not like Trump on a personal level. But, they saw this level of violence, and they saw all the chaos that ensued. And what we hear from them is: I don’t like Trump, but I can’t be for that. It’s almost like they’ve been looking for a reason to hold their nose and vote for Trump and they found it.

On voter motivation:

… Until about six months ago, there were a lot of people motivated to vote against Donald Trump. But then, in the wake of the tragedy of Mr Floyd being murdered, there were protests. And some of those protests turned into violence. That violence turned into a defund the police movement, and a Black Lives Matter movement that went beyond simply protecting black lives — there were calls for statues to be torn down. We got to the point a week before July 4th, where people were suggesting Mount Rushmore was offensive.

All of a sudden, Americans who weren’t even necessarily big fans of Donald Trump said ‘what is happening in my country?’ There became a genuine debate as to whether America’s foundation, its principles, its purpose was good or bad. People still believe in America. If you make that choice, where one side thinks that America has a history to apologize for, and isn’t a good force in the world and the other side feels like America is a good force in the world, and has a history to learn from…That’s not a good scenario for an American get elected President. I think Joe Biden on the wrong side of that.

On the riots:

The slump starts every time somebody shares a video of somebody else. So when a Molotov cocktail is thrown in the street of a town, or people see messages about defunding police, or people talking about killing policemen and how that would be fair — that’s the stuff that also motivates people to vote against. And that stuff is not happening in a vacuum. It took Biden’s campaign a month to actually admit they were against the violence that they saw…. the fact that Biden did a reverse course and sort of criticized the violence after months of embracing it, or suggesting it doesn’t exist, tells me he knows it’s real.” 

Isn’t that a great analysis of what took place before the election? Trump’s stature as a candidate gradually grew–not because he was the best president ever or because everyone loved him– but because the country was under siege by anarchist throng that were wreaking havoc and destruction everywhere they went. For a while it seemed like our traditional way of life, our system of laws, and, yes, our very civilization, was about to collapse in a heap. And the one thin-reed the American people could cling to, was Donald J. Trump, the last line of defense against the Marxist mob that was burning and looting everything in its path.

This is what happened. And this is why people like me–who never voted for a Republican in my life– voted for Trump. It’s because the Democrats forced them to do so by tacitly green-lighting the violent and destructive activities of maniacal leftists run amok.

This bitter experience of the last few months has caused many of us to reassess our political loyalties. It’s also helped us to wash the mud from our eyes and admit to what we actually see. And, what we see is that there’s no place in the Democratic party for working people. None. Ask yourself these few questions:

Who supports the trade laws that off-shore our businesses and outsource our jobs?

The Democrats.

Who sends our sons and daughters off to wars so that Wall Street and globalist oligarchs can seize more of the world’s vanishing resources?

The Democrats.

Who is leading the charge on Internet censorship, basically banning anyone who holds a contrary view on Covid (than the MSM) or anyone challenging the election results?

The Democrats.

Whose governors have shut down their states and pushed the country into the worst recession in modern times, throwing millions out of work, closing the schools and churches, increasing the incidents of drug abuse, child abuse, alcohol abuse, homicide, mental illness, depression, poverty and blanket immiseration the people in their charge?

The Democrats.

The Democrats have made it perfectly clear that they despise Americans who work for a living, who go to church on Sunday, who own guns, and who put out the flag on the 4th of July. They despise us. They call us “deplorables” because we scrimp to get by from paycheck to paycheck, and because we pay our bills on time and because we try to raise our kids with real values. We are not “enlightened” like our Democrat friends who cry “equity” as they tear down statues of our founders and war heroes. We don’t think that wearing a mask is a sign of moral superiority. We don’t think that slashing funding for police departments will improve security for ordinary people, shopkeepers or the elderly. We don’t seek to erase our borders in order to abandon our sovereignty so that we can be subsumed into their globalist “reset” plan in which the biggest “stakeholders” (the global monopolies and multi-nationals) will control all the levers of state power. We don’t want any of that, which is why we are glad that Trump defeated the Democrats once again, giving us hope that the Republic will eventually be restored and we can get back to business.

So, this should be a happy day, a day for celebration. The Democrats have overplayed their hand and come up Snake-eyes. They lost in stunning fashion which paves the way for more victories in the future. Sure, they’ll disparage us and call us “white supremacists” and “domestic terrorists” because we don’t share their enlightened “liberal” world view. But their hatred will only make us stronger. We know who we are. We are the Deplorables, we are the glue that holds this country together. We won’t be crushed, we won’t be exterminated, we won’t be silenced, and we won’t be told what to think by CNN, MSNBC and the rest of the propaganda networks. We see through their lies and we will hold-fast to what we believe. And what we believe is that the country is now in the hands of an imposter president who will not act in the interests of the American people, but will do the bidding of the powerful elites and foreign oligarchs who hold his puppet-strings. These are the people who want to destroy our country, depose our leaders, and impose their own dystopian New World Order on us. We can’t let that happen.

This second impeachment proves that these people can be beaten, because they were beaten. They lost and we won.

If that’s not reason to celebrate, I don’t know what is.

Hurrah for the Deplorables!

The extraordinarily large number of severe immediate-terms adverse reactions (including deaths) to the Covid vaccines and pseudo-vaccines has distracted us  from an important fact we must not lose sight of:

The gravest issue with the new vaccines and pseudo-vaccines is NOT the short-term adverse events but the LONG TERM adverse effects on health and longevity.

That so many adverse effects have shown up almost immediately has come as something of a surprise. The scale and seriousness were not expected and the concern has been and REMAINS the long-term effects.

However, the surprising number and severity of  short-term problems increases our concern for the long term health of people who have been injected with these new experimental biochemical agents. They comprise a whopping great red flag that tells us we need to be very very wary indeed of getting ourselves injected with these substances.

There iss always a chance that the government will “get away with” this reckless and irresponsible use of an entire nation as guinea pigs, much as there is always a chance that if one plays Russian Roulette the gun will not go off.

That does not make playing Russian Roulette a smart thing to do, especially as the government is playing Russian Roulette by aiming the gun at OTHER PEOPLE’S  HEADS.

A better analogy however would be this:

When you play Russian Roulette with a revolver (and please do NOT try this at home!) you put one bullet in the chamber and spin it. This gives you a one in six chance that the gun will kill you or a 6-to-one chance you will survive. Or, for every six people who are persuaded to play Russian Roulette in this way, one will blow their brains out. Even with 6-1 odds in your favour you would have to be a complete idiot to play.

Either that or you would have to be subjected to a pretty heavy sales pitch to persuade you to play. This of course we have seen over the pasty year with the  Covid Terror orchestrated by the two major front groups for corporate power: the government and the media

But what about playing Russian Roulette when you do not know how many bullets are in the chamber (6? 5? 4? £/ 2? 1? or none at all?).

You would have to be even more stupid to play when you do not know how many, if any, bullets are in the chamber and the only data you have are reassurances and promises from shifty people you KNOW are not entirely trustworthy (such as government, media or pharmaceutical marketing) that there are no or “very few” bullets in gun.

But, off course, to make the analogy even more apt, we would have to imagine the bullets are slow-acting. They do not necessarily blow a person’s brains out immediately but instead sort of gnaw away at them and kill them slowly over a number of years – the number varying wildly from person to person according to their individual circumstances such as age, lifestyle, other health problems etc),  perhaps even so many years that their eventual, untimely death is hard to even to relate to the game of Russian Roulette they once played years earlier.

If the bullet simply blows people’s brains out it becomes easy to assess the risks, whether we have been lied to and so forth and people quickly become aware the game is dangerous and decline to play it.

But if the “bullet” the gun inserts into your body is slow acting and people tend not to die spectacularly right away, it becomes easy for those who for their own reasons want everyone to play, to sell the populace on how safe the game is (“See? Hardly anybody has died yet apart from a load of old people!”). By the time it becomes obvious the game wasn’t safe after all, there’s a slow-acting bullet in almost everybody.

To stretch the analogy further, what seems to be happening at the moment is that whilst the bullet is mostly slow acting, it has blown the brains out straight away of just enough people to alert the rest of us to the fact that there is something very very dodgy with that proverbial revolver and its mysterious bullets.

So we are in a situation where NOBODY really knows the extent of the risks. They could be huge or they could be minor, and only time will tell.

If they turn out to be minor – which is looking increasingly unlikely even at this early stage – then the gov will doubtless pat itself on the back and milk it for all it is worth to show how wise it was. But what we must not forget is this: the government was WILLING TO GAMBLE. It was willing to put the gun to your head and pull the trigger, in other words to play Russian Roulette with the short- medium- and long-term well being of you and millions of other people. It does not know how many bullets are in the chamber and will not know until long after the entire nation has been in injected.

This is truly insane behaviour. And this is the future that awaits us if we continue to surrender power over our lives and our children’s lives to this psychotic echelon of self-appointed herdsmen.

The ONLY thing that might have justified their gamble would have been if the the consequences of playing Russian Roulette were less dire than the consequences of not playing  – in other words if, in this case, we were facing a truly broadly lethal mass-killing virus with a low recovery rate that was decimating the population and for which there was no known remedy.

But the COVID19 bug, all spin and propaganda aside, does not fit the bill on any of those counts. Not even close.

Meanwhile, if it starts to become evident that the government’s gamble has backfired and people are getting sick with autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, SIDS and God alone knows what else, expect the mother of all cover-ups and the gov really going to town with stat fiddling and all its other propaganda tricks, ably assisted by its equally psychopathic chums ion the corporate media, to try to throw the people off the scent.

They will be fighting to cover up their own culpability for mass murder – either through mind-boggling recklessness or even more mind-boggling malice aforethought – after all, so expect them to fight really dirty and leave no lie unturned in their effort to protect themselves.

The current drive by their chums in Big Tech to silence dissenting or cautioning voices in the social media and across the internet is evidence that that cover-up of crimes is already underway. They know what they have done and that they dare not let the cat out of the bag.

It will be up to us in the people’s media and the freedom movement to stay alert and expose their crimes at every turn.

We must not and will not let them get away with it.

It is not just a matter of bringing criminals to justice, it is a matter of removing from those criminals any capability for committing the same crimes ever again.

In North America and Europe, it has become abundantly clear that Covid-19 and the lockdowns that followed have devastated society. In the United States, unemployment is through the roof and 2020 saw the largest economic contraction in modern history. Social and cultural depression continue to weigh down society as restaurants close, the arts are stunted, and everything that it means to be human is taken from us.

We have plenty of data to paint a picture of the devastation in countries like the United States but there has been little analysis done in developing countries, more than likely due to lack of infrastructure. We know that many developing countries closed their economies in response to Covid-19 but we are unsure of how they fared.

In particular, developing countries likely do not have the same support structures be it private or public as countries like the United States do. They cannot simply print trillions of dollars to finance quantitative easing policies to prop up the stock market or send stimulus checks to ailing citizens. They also likely lack the private safety nets created by nonprofits and the general flexibility of an advanced business sector. One can only imagine the damage economic depression would bring upon such communities.

That was until a team of researchers published a study with the American Association for the Advancement of Science. The study provides a glimpse into the extent of the damage caused by the economic contraction in Africa, Asia, and South America. It details how living standards have fallen due to decreased access to basic needs such as food, unemployment, and the likely long-term consequences that will arise. Much like how in the United States there has been a noted correlation between economic shocks and decreases in life expectancies, we can expect similar if not worse consequences in developing countries.

It is worth noting, to be fair to the intent of the authors, that they are not making a judgment that the economic damage they note is in part or fully due to lockdown policies. Either way, it should be abundantly clear to everyone that the economic damage that has been wrought on societies across the world is not simply a minor inconvenience. It is a serious problem that has led to long-term as well as short-term adverse consequences in affluent countries like the United States and likely worse consequences for those who live in developing countries.

The Study

The methodology for the study made use of a series of household surveys conducted via phone calls in different developing countries.

“We assemble evidence from over 30,000 respondents in 16 original household surveys from nine countries in Africa (Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone), Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal, Philippines), and Latin America (Colombia).”

They noted that,

“The data paint a consistent picture: The economic shock and attendant disruptions to livelihoods during the early stages of pandemic appear to be large across a range of populations in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The scale of the disruption may even exceed the effects that economists have documented in other recent global crises, including the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis, the 2008 Great Recession, and the Ebola outbreak of 2014.”

AIER has frequently noted that large-scale lockdown policies have no precedent in the history of public health policy, which may explain why the economic contraction was so large compared to previous years. I would contend that consciously working to shut down businesses rather than attempting to support them, as would be the case in a normal recession, leads to highly unusual economic damage.

After analyzing the household data the authors report,

“A full 50 to 80% of sample populations in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Colombia, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Sierra Leone report income losses during the COVID-19 period. If these effects persist, then they risk pushing tens of millions of already vulnerable households into poverty.”

Such income reductions have then led to subsequent food insecurity and even the reduction of net wealth as families are forced to sell off their belongings. On this the authors note,

“By April, many households were already unable to meet basic nutritional needs. For example, 48% of rural Kenyan households, 69% of landless agricultural households in Bangladesh, and 87% of rural households in Sierra Leone were forced to miss meals or reduce portion sizes to cope with the crisis. Comparing to preexisting baseline data verifies that these levels greatly exceed the food insecurity normally experienced at this time of year.”

It was clear before the pandemic that developing countries such as the ones in this study were already dealing with these issues. Now they have only been exacerbated, likely reversing years of hard work to combat poverty and hunger.

Provided below are graphs from the study detailing the recorded increases in food insecurity in Kenya and Sierra Leone. It is important to note that like all studies there are limits to this data and its accuracy as household surveys can only provide so much information.

For reference, provided below are the stringency indexes (Our World in Data) for both countries with the United Kingdom as a comparison. The UK is known to have one of the strictest lockdowns and also one of the hardest hit for Covid-19. It seems reported food insecurity in both countries seems to mirror the timeline of the implementation of lockdowns. Of course, there could be a variety of factors at play such as the possible correlation of lockdown severity and the spread of Covid-19 and the individual circumstances unique to each country.

The study also charts the levels of food insecurity in relation to historical harvest cycles in Nepal and Bangladesh. It notes that there is a clear and unprecedented increase in food insecurity even though the pandemic occurred after the rice harvest periods. It notes that historically food insecurity has always increased in the “lean season” which is the period preceding the rice harvest. However, the pandemic occurred after the harvest so the sharp increase in food insecurity cannot be attributed to the historic patterns of food scarcity. It is clearly a result of Covid-19 and the lockdowns that followed. Provided below are the graphs included in the study. The blue lines represent the most recent cycle which clearly follows historic trends until the March-April period of 2020 which is when most of the world entered strict lockdowns.

Provided above are the stringency indexes for both countries with the United Kingdom for context, again being a country that implemented highly strict lockdowns. The food insecurity spikes were reported during the March-April period in both Nepal and Bangladesh which directly follows the implementation of lockdowns.

Across all the countries in the study, substantial decreases in standards of living arising from food insecurity, unemployment, income reduction, and a lack of access to markets have had devastating results. The authors warn that,

“The economic crisis precipitated by COVID-19 may become as much a public health and societal disaster as the pandemic itself. The link from severe economic crisis during childhood to subsequent deterioration in adult health, nutrition, education, and earnings capacity has been demonstrated in many contexts.”

As explained earlier and often repeated by AIER, there are serious consequences that come from economic shocks that affect everything from mental health to life expectancies here in America. One can only imagine how much more devastating such economic disruption has been in developing countries that lack the infrastructure and resources to support those in need.

The global poor, especially those living in developing countries, have always suffered from a long list of disadvantages, whether it be lack of social capital, technology, infrastructure, or food insecurity. These problems are only exacerbated when their societies, which are already in poor shape, are abruptly shut down.

Although the authors of the study do not make a definitive judgment on whether these economic shocks have become as severe as they are because of lockdowns, it is clear that shutting down economies, be it voluntary or involuntary, is a dangerous policy. It affects the global poor as well as the global elite and it seems that the poorer countries have seen a dangerous decline in living standards which will have lasting consequences that are a public crisis in and of themselves.

In the late 1970s, the U.S. experienced an economic condition known as stagflation. This meant the economy was not growing, yet prices were rapidly rising. One measure of just how bad things were was the Misery Index. This was found by adding the inflation rate to the unemployment rate.

Biden’s stated economic policies will significantly raise the Misery Index.

Most economists would probably say that a misery index of 7 or less is desirable. During the late 70s it hit nearly 20. That meant there were years when the inflation rate or the unemployment rate exceeded 10%.

Before the pandemic, the prior administration’s policies had the number down to 5.

The 1970s stagflation occurred because rising wages and commodity prices significantly increased  the cost to produce goods and services. At the same time, the market could not respond to the resulting higher price by expanding output. That meant higher prices and no growth or stagflation.

The response that solved the problem was simply to create policies that enabled business to respond to market conditions by increasing their output. That would put downward pressure on prices, increase competition and increase growth. Significantly reduced tax rates for all income earners and corporations set the stage. Monetary policy was accommodating, resulting in low interest rates.

As a result of the tax cut, consumers had more money to spend. More importantly, business had the needed capital to invest, which mostly came from high-income earners and corporations. The unemployment rate fell as annual economic growth accelerated to 7.5% by 1984.

Stagflation and the resulting high misery index could return if Biden’s stated economic policies are fully enacted. The reason will be very simple: business will not be able to respond to market conditions by expanding output. Business will be forced to respond by raising prices.

In other words, Biden’s push to give people free goods and services creates a greater demand in the market. He wants to pay for those giveaways by eliminating the 2018 tax cuts and by further raising taxes on the highest income earners and on the wealthiest Americans.

Biden’s policies will also result in much higher energy prices. Energy is used in the entire business process meaning the increased cost will put upward pressure on all prices.

He wants to raise the top income tax bracket to at least 40%. And he wants to raise the capital gains tax rate to 40%. Biden says the wealthy should pay their fair share.

But the higher tax rates will force business to an undesired response to market conditions.

In other words, business can respond to the increasing demand in one of two ways. The desired way is to increase output to meet the new demand. This is usually the most profitable course for business. And it keeps prices stable while output increasing.

The second, less desirable way, which occurs if business is unable to increase output, is to raise the price. This way results in higher prices and a stagnant amount of output. Biden’s policies will result in more businesses being forced to choose this way.

Today’s economy is very capital intensive. In manufacturing, we no longer have an assembly line with 100 workers. Today there are 90 robots and 10 workers on the line. This enables U.S. manufacturers to keep the cost down low enough to compete with the low-wage foreign labor.

Even in the service industry, nearly all employees have capital goods that make them much more productive.

By raising capital gains tax rates, corporate tax rates, and maximum income tax rates, there is a reduction in capital formation, meaning there is less capital available to business. At the same time, increased government spending drives up the deficit and the public debt. That means trillions more dollars that are not available to business.

Last year’s more than $3 trillion deficit increased the public debt to $26 trillion. Congress recently passed another $900 billion package which will increase the public debt to $27 trillion. The President is pushing for another near $2 trillion stimulus package. That will take the debt to $29 trillion.

There is no mechanism for ever repaying the debt. It is simply rolled over every time a bond matures, unless there is a surplus in the government’s budget, which doesn’t seem likely anytime soon. That means $29 trillion will be forever removed from capital markets. And less capital will be available to business.

If Biden is successful in implementing his stated economic policies which reduce capital formation and continue with large deficits, there will be a capital shortage. Then business will be forced to respond to the market by raising prices and not increasing output.

Biden’s economic policies will lead to a lot of misery.

As Trump impeachment trial starts, the Biden Democrat agenda crashes into reality

Union anger over job losses, inflation worries, likely acquittal undercut new president’s clout.

A month ago, Team Biden and its Democrat allies in Congress had a heady plan to appease their liberal base.

Impeach Donald Trump a second time, alleging he incited the Capitol riots. Blast out COVID-19 vaccines, and pass another stimulus. Impose climate policies. And raise the minimum wage nationally to $15 an hour.

Just a few short weeks into Joe Biden’s presidency, those liberal ambitions have crashed into stark economic and political realities as Trump’s trial readies to open Tuesday in the Senate.

Richard Trumka, the head of the AFL-CIO that spent millions to get Biden elected, excoriated the new president’s climate policies this past weekend for erasing thousands of well-paying union jobs with the shutdown of the Keystone pipeline from Canada.

Gas prices, which hit the working class hard, are showing signs of creeping up.

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office warned Monday that the Democrats’ plan to impose the $15-an-hour minimum wage would cost 1.4 million jobs, adding to an already uncomfortably high unemployment level.

A new poll by Just the News added to the red flags Monday, showing a solid majority of Americans believed raising the minimum wage would be a job killer.

Twenty days into his presidency, Biden’s purported hopes for a bipartisan COVID stimulus bill foundered for lack of Republican buy-in. And now even some Democrats, like former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, are questioning whether the current $1.9 trillion price tag is too much.

Current Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen also warned that inflation may soon rear its ugly head with all of the government’s deficit spending, saying it was a “risk” of the Biden stimulus plan.

Meanwhile, talk of rapidly vaccinating Americans slammed into the reality of supply shortages and highly disorganized local health care systems, as well as fears that new variants of the coronavirus are poised to create long-term challenges.

And the emotionally charged case that Trump incited the Capitol riot with his Jan. 6 speech, has developed deep cracks. Less than a half dozen Republicans have shown any interest in conviction as the facts increasingly show the riot was not spontaneous but rather planned for days and weeks with fund-raising, training, and combat threats.

Even the former Capitol Police chief has weighed in with a letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying the attacks exhibited a “high level of coordination,” undercutting the Democrats’ spontaneous incitement narrative even further.

The likelihood of Trump’s conviction has waned as the premeditation evidence mounts, and now Democrats once gleeful they could end the 45th president’s ability to ever hold office again are now pressing to get the trial over quickly as acquittal seems assured.

“It’s not clear to me that there is any evidence that will change anyone’s mind,” Hawaii’s Democratic Sen. Brian Schatz told Politico.

Republican Sen. John Thune of South Dakota, often an opponent of Trump, acknowledged the obvious, observing, “Both sides would kind of like to wrap it up fairly quickly.”

The Senate trial will start Tuesday with a debate over whether the event is even constitutional with Chief Justice John Roberts refusing to preside, Trump already out of office, and a legitimate debate over whether Trump’s speech was protected “free speech” as Democratic law professor John Turley has argued.

Once a dream of Democrats, the trial is feeling more like a burden to them as other elements pose obstacles and challenges to the Biden agenda.

Even Biden himself has little interest in watching the trial, his chief spokeswoman said Monday. “I think it’s clear from his schedule and from his intention that he will not spend too much time watching the proceedings,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said.

Whatever our heart’s desire, from nimble dancer to power lifter, chances are our vision will become reality with a bit luck and hard work, if we want it hard enough. But…

Authors note: Yesterday I was buying a pair of shoes at a large department store, and the girl checking me out asked for my email address. You can receive “…promotional information and sales events…” She said with the wide eyes of certainty. “There will be a link there so you can give me a good report!”

It was indeed a trick, implemented by an innocent young girl working for a very savvy corporation who knows how to play up to our emotions, both hers and mine. I saw that I had hurt her feeling as I said no, and I knew that no matter how I might try to explain it to her, she would not understand my reasoning. It is indeed a powerful game, and it influences us at every turn… It is a revelation to consider that our young people are not taught this concept, enslaving us. Indeed what is Liberty and freedom to someone who has never experienced it, or even considered what is lost without them? How can we know what we are missing if we never grasped it?.

When I got back home I decided to look at EBay, to see if I had won… and there, on the side bar, was the exact pair of shoes I had bought from that young girl…

Yes, I have been fighting for Liberty for over ten years, but it grows more evident every day, that there are no guarantees.

I see hope in Donald Trump. He has done more to wake up America then anything I have ever witnessed in my life, including my hero Dr. Ron Paul. Even as a private citizen, he still appears to be fighting for America … but then again, there are no guarantees.

This video strongly suggests that. But then why did I feel relieved? It wasn’t because I fully agreed or believed him. In fact, he’s far too cynical for my liking. However, it brought up doubts centered around very popular patriots that thousands of people cling to for hope and salvation. Like me. That’s why the video is disturbing.

However, as I watched it with growing disagreement and then some…hmmms, it brought me into a state of nowness, the way we feel when we react to a bit of shocking news. At that moment, nothing else exists. We are completely there and all other worries, conflicts and concerns are temporarily gone. So a kind of relaxation sets in because the focus of attention is outside. It would be much more pleasant to be absorbed in a great movie but still, the concept is the same, meaning we have been hit with something striking that consumes our full attention, whether we agree or not.

He claims patriots like Simon Parkes, Charlie Ward, xx22, Tipping Point, even Lin Wood and General Flynn are just lulling us into a passive state of false hope. He even speculates that Trump might be part of the Cabal, partly because he didn’t do much about the riots. (questionable) But the idea that Trump is as bad as the rest of the cabal is preposterous. Often, we have to rely somewhat on gut feeling, no matter the “facts” and my gut tells me Trump is the real deal, the most real we have ever had in the White House. Added to that are his incredible stats before the Covid attack.

It also borders on defamation to even hint that General Flynn and Lin Wood are less than brave and honest supporters of this country or that they are fooling us. In fact, General Flynn said on a video today that Trump did not sign the Insurrection Act and the military is not running the government. Is that someone giving false hope? It comes from the horse’s mouth and should give us impetus to regroup and re-target – after we get over the bad news.

However, later he laughed and did not acknowledge Biden as president. Judge it as you will. But when I observe General Flynn, Lin Wood and some of the patriots, I see nothing but love for humanity, true optimism and nothing that resembles “false hope”.

It’s very true there is no proof that the Insurrection Act has been signed. Did we see it? Did we see Leftists like Nancy Pelosi actually get arrested? Was the photo of her with FBI agents just a photoshop job? There is no proof the military is running the country and still under Trump’s rule. There is no proof he will return to office on March 4th or April something or May something. Is Joe Biden dead and we are watching a clone? Are benevolent space aliens guiding and saving us? No proof.

Intuition can take us only so far and, in reality, can just be wishful thinking when things are dark. I’ve seen nasty attacks from people telling a “friend” to stop being so pessimistic! Have faith! Take your comments elsewhere! Fine but you can be optimistic and still look at the truth. In fact, they work hand in hand. You look for truth so you CAN be optimistic.

Such critics just don’t want their world attacked by possible contrary facts. How stable can a person be who is reduced to crazed hostility toward another viewpoint, no matter how well-meaning? Political correctness still reigns as the destroyer of communication and free speech. We have “violated community rules”, rules which have seeped into everyday life, rotting our culture, the one we developed in this country as the last hope of freedom.

This video claims that what is occurring in the freedom movement is exactly what occurred from 1921 to 1926, the Bolshevik counterintelligence operation created to give “the false impression that a powerful group of military leaders had organized to stop the communists takeover.” Scary thought but also, no proof. More fear peddling?

From the patriot side, I do find laughable the guys who claim numerology will give you the clues to figure out what is really going on. Geez, let’s count bird droppings. I may be wrong but doesn’t the Cabal use numerology as part of their “worship”?

Eighty percent of us want very much for Trump to return now for four more years. Maybe eight if the Republic is truly reinstated and the next four years will be his first term. That thought is so thrilling that I wonder if we have suspended the use of facts and solid proof in favor of obliterating all the fears and uncertainties so we can just “get on with life” and that can be mistaken for positive thinking or faith. Why do we do this? Because evil is the most difficult thing to face.

There is no getting on if we are mired and trapped in questionable statements that we refuse to examine for truth. There is no future or true creation in that. Possibly the patriots are right in that we should not be subjected to the full force of the evil. I agree. It can be very destructive to sanity. But there are gradients to facing things. And that makes us stronger.

So why did I feel relieved? As I considered that, I realized I can take an opposite view – Trump may not be back in office. I accepted that possibility and felt free to occupy the thought without feeling angry, depressed or stressed. I could move on. You can call it Plan B. What do you do if it’s too rainy to go for a walk? It’s as simple as that, though of course there’s a lot more at stake. However, I do believe Trump, based on pure observation of his actions and character, will continue to fight for this country.

Consider the slaughter of six million Jews in World War Two. At first, they laughed at the idea of being persecuted, then they gave up their guns. Then it was all over. Could it be they were unwilling to face the bare truth and preferred to cling to a disappearing life? I see that happening today, although I’m comforted by the existence of worldwide connection through the internet, the growing awareness and the pissed off state of millions all over the planet. People always ban together in times of great adversity. Religion grows. Differences among us fade away to make room for a strong and vital common purpose. These are our greatest weapons.

In fact, an idea occurred to me recently. The internet is fantastic for joining far-flung people together but what can beat physical togetherness? That will never be replaced by mechanical images on screens. It’s not “old-fashioned” to meet in person just because we have the internet. To take this current scene further, how many of us know our neighbors? When I was a kid, you would have to be stricken with amnesia to not know everyone on the block – except for a few deadbeats or hermits. The rest of us shared birthdays, holidays, joys and sorrows. We were safe.

So I thought why not start groups online in your own town and then meet with them? Have coffee and cake. Hug each other. Screw social distancing. What if we had a whole world of intimate groups like that? Would it not improve morale and agreement? And then that will be spread around to other groups.

The energy generated from being physically together is real and palpable. Of course, this is what the Cabal intends to fully destroy. But think of all the multi-level businesses where people travel widely just to be together for help and support. Then they go home and kick ass. Could it be that just being together is their greatest asset for success? Of course we will have to fight to fully expose Covid for the fraud it is.

Simply watching videos, looking for tidbits of hope while anxiety plays in the background just will not cut it. It’s nothing more than entertainment that promotes complacency. At least, that’s what I saw I was doing, although I have not given up the hope these people are offering. In fact, below is Charlie Ward’s usual optimism I just watched. We’ll see what becomes of it since it conflicts with General Flynn’s words. See both.

If you’re confused, so am I. There has been obvious disappointments because of promises that this and that will occur on such and such dates and they never happen. Could this cause a bitterness and a trashing of hope? Complete mistrust of any positive news? Do we go, “Yeah, sure” when these online patriots explain why those events didn’t happen? I’ve seen one explanation conflict with another. Makes you question their secret sources from on high, wherever that is.

But don’t we go back to watching the next video from our favorite patriots? Is that an addiction or is it as Alexander Pope said, “Hope springs eternal”? That’s from his poem, “An Essay on Man”. Hope is just as urgent as facing facts, maybe more. It’s an entry to life itself. Today we are challenged more than ever to exercise it. And further, shouldn’t an attitude of real hope spur us on to finding the truth?

The best way I know to achieving truth, freedom and knowing who and what you are is to be in present time. Observe your surroundings, still your mind and don’t think. Don’t entertain fear. Existing in the moment will take you wherever you want to go and whatever you want to do. It will greatly sharpen your perception, your certainty and your joy. I practice this every day. Takes a lot of practice.

Today I practiced by watching the snow fall and I washed away the idea it was a waste of time. Whatever exists in the present is what we should be experiencing, no matter how seemingly trivial. The snow sent me back to childhood and I brought back with me the joy of snowfalls into this moment, making it a bit richer with life. Not too much, I’m still a novice undoing a lifetime of useless thinking.
