The Jewish elite has a long history of manipulating Jews in this manner. For example, in 1950 a wave of anti Semitism and terrorism in Iraq made Naeim Giladi, 21, join the Zionist underground. Giladi was imprisoned, tortured and sentenced to death by Iraqi authorities.

He escaped and fled to Israel only to discover that the bombings had been engineered by his fellow Zionists to dupe Iraqi Jews into going to Israel. Israel provoked attacks from its neighbors in order to “retain its moral tension” according to the secret diary of Prime Minister Moshe Sharett. The state must “invent dangers” to start war and thereby “acquire our space,”

“ANTI SEMITISM” BECOMES “ANTI AMERICANISM”

The pogrom on Sept. 11 2001 was designed to stampede Americans into forfeiting their civil rights and invading the Middle East.

There is a drumbeat in the media to convince Americans that they are victims of Muslim fanatics. This propaganda campaign is carried out by Neo Cons (a.k.a. Zionists.) In his book, “The New Jerusalem: Zionist Power in America,” Michael Collins Piper writes:

“In the build-up to the Iraq war, Zionist propagandists and the media increasingly began touting the message to Americans that “the whole world is against us”… and the Israelis are our only real solid dependable ally …The theme that anti Americanism had run rampant was instilled in Americans for the very purpose of making them “anti” everyone who refused to support the…Iraq war…and the more broad ranging Zionist agenda.” (157)

Piper says that Zionism is being equated with Americanism. Zionist agents like Nathan Sharansky crafted the overblown and specious rhetoric of Bush’s second inaugural speech that committed the US to advancing the Zionist agenda using force.

History provides a sobering warning as to where this could be leading. In his essay, The Nature of Zionism, Russian author Vladimir Stepin writes,

“During the civil war in Russia, the Zionists also performed another task. Using some units of the Red Army – Trotsky was the chairman of the country’s Revolutionary Military Council – they organized the Jewish pogrom in Seversk.

The result of this was the “Law on Those Involved in Pogroms” of 27 July 1918. In accordance with this law, a monstrous Zionist terror raged in Russia for ten years: a person accused of anti-Semitism was, without any argument being allowed, declared to be involved in pogroms and placed against the wall to be shot.

Not only anti-Zionists, but the best representatives of the intelligentsia of Russia, could be accused of being anti-Semitic, and so too could anyone one felt like accusing of it. People saw who was exercising power in Russia and expressed their discontent with it. 90% of the members of the Cheka – the Soviet security organ, 1918-1922 – were Zionists.

CONCLUSION

My hunch is that the central banking elite, using Masonic secret societies in the military and intelligence agencies, is responsible for 90% of terrorism. The purpose is to manipulate people into advancing the goals of the New World Order, which includes destroying true religion, nation states, democracy, race and family. In their mind, they have to destabilize and enslave us to protect their monopoly on government credit i.e. money creation.

They are running a protection racket to protect us from their artificial”terror.” Zionists or Americans who carry out their agenda could end up holding the bag if something goes wrong, or as I should say right.

Remember they are challenging the greatest power in the universe: God, or Truth as witnessed in the souls of all human beings. They are most vulnerable now on the 9-11 attack which they perpetrated. If we rise up as one to demand the truth about this atrocity, their obscene criminal enterprise will start to unravel.

Globalism created the Covid terrorist operation to trigger the Great Reset: Italygate is still the scandal that can foil the NWO plans

Conceiving the Covid terrorist operation does not date back to 2020. The globalist élites were already seeking in the previous decades a catalyzing event to drag the world towards global dictatorship.

David Rockefeller himself revealed in a UN dinner in 1994 that everything was ready to usher in the New World Order.

All that was needed was a “right and major crisis” which would have forced the nations to surrender their sovereignty to the one-world government desired by the globalist cabal.

Basically, the principle of globalism has always been the same. The artificial crisis would play a major role in destabilizing the political scenario and in allowing the world government plan to advance forward.

There were several options available to trigger a major crisis, but the cabal chose the “pandemic” solution, and their intentions were not hidden in some secret document.

Everything was published in 2010, and it was once again the Rockefeller family that announced these globalist plans in one of their official documents called “Operation Lockstep”. By choosing the term “lockstep”, the Rockefellers were perfectly describing the global authoritarian society that will rise after the artificial “health emergency.”

It is certainly interesting to point out how the Rockefeller family played a major role in conceiving this catalyzing event. According to several scholars and authors, after the Rothschilds (who are the most influential banking family in the world), the Rockefellers are the most powerful family in the globalist hierarchy.

The Rothschilds have been exercising their influence mainly over Europe, while the Rockefellers have had control of the United States.

However, in the document previously mentioned, all what is happening now with COVID is perfectly described: An unknown animal virus suddenly mutates and infects men. To cope with this new “threat”, the world governments decide to establish an authoritarian rule over society.

Movements are restricted and mask mandates are enforced exactly in the same way that occurred after the Covid crisis.

Later, the world economy completely collapses because all economic activity is halted due to the continuous lockdowns enforced by the governments.

Once the world plunges into chaos, nation state sovereignty gradually disappears and is replaced by major supranational structures.

Then, the world is divided in several blocks and each one of these blocks is ruled by these supranational entities, which are in the hands of the industrial and banking powers.

These entities will then be the main foundation of the future world government.

Therefore, the strategy of Freemasonry and globalism is always the same. Ordo ab chaos. The planned chaos would serve in this matter to create an outcome or a “solution”, which was already set up by the same architects of the destabilization.

At this point, it is important to carefully consider the timeline. Once the Rockefellers reveal in 2010 that the “pandemic” will drag mankind towards the NWO, five years later, in 2015, the Moderna labs are already at work developing the mRNA vaccines that will be distributed in 2021, during the Covid crisis.

According to several scientists and physicians, these vaccines can change human DNA. To better understand what kind of harm these drugs can do to the world population, it is certainly helpful to quote the French scientist, Alexandra Henrion-Claude, who described the decision to give these vaccines to healthy people “complete madness”.

Once the mRNA vaccine is inside the human body, the potential molecular interactions are virtually unknown and the immune system could be completely upset by the technology of this vaccine.

Moreover, according to Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former Pfizer scientific director, the mRNA vaccines can also sterilize the people who receive them.

In other words, the vaccines would be the perfect way to reach another fundamental goal of globalism, which is the reduction of world population.

All this without considering the people who are already dying from the adverse reactions of the drugs.

The American doctor, Sherri Tenpenny, has recently revealed how millions of people could die because of the side effects of these vaccines.

The paradox in this story is that the alleged “cure” recommended by the system would be the real “disease”.

The virus is the vaccine itself.

Therefore, the preparation of this crisis was already in progress during the previous years and the “pandemic” would have been triggered in any case in the present time.

The unexpected event not foreseen by globalism: Donald Trump’s election

The unforeseen event that upset the globalist plans was the election of Donald Trump in 2016.

The Covid terrorist operation would have been triggered in any case, but the élites wanted a Clinton administration that would have led the world towards the NWO without obstacles.

If this happened, Russia would have been completely isolated and the Great Reset announced by the Davos Forum would have already been a reality now.

The possibility of Trump’s election was not considered at all because the system couldn’t afford to lose control of the US, which is a chess piece too important in this game.

One of the most influential freemasons in history, Manly P. Hall, clearly explained why America is so important.

In his 1944 book, named “The secret destiny of America”, Manly P. Hall reveals how America’s mission was to lead the world towards the NWO.

The economic and military superpower of this nation had been used for decades to hit and overthrow all the world governments that defied the deep state and tried to defend their own national independence and sovereignty.

Trump separated America from globalism. The endless wars stopped and the US, for the first time after the end of WW2, placed the interests of America above those of the international cabal.

Globalism was furious because it knew very well that the one-world government is impossible without the participation of the United States.

Therefore, it orchestrated the biggest electoral fraud in history, which is the 2020 electoral fraud, to regain the control of the US.

The 2020 electoral fraud: the deep state coup to remove Trump

On the night of November 3, the operation to oust Trump started because it was clear that the President was effortlessly winning the election against the weak Democratic candidate Joe Biden.

At a certain moment in the electoral night, an order was given to the scrutineers who simultaneously halted the counting of the vote.

Hundreds of thousands of illegal mail-in votes were dumped in the ballots, and each one of these was included in the count way beyond the midnight deadline.

However, the fraud was not limited only to the mail-in votes. It was much more extended and deeper. An international electronic fraud was committed in order to remove Trump from the White House.

The hacking attack started in Frankfurt, where a CIA station hosted the Dominion servers that already had switched hundreds of thousands of votes from Trump to Biden.

However, this switching was not enough. Trump was taking so many votes that the deep state was forced to recalibrate the attack and involve Italy in the plan. This is the genesis of Italygate, which is the entire key of this international coup.

According to Maria Zack and Bradley Johnson, it was Leonardo, the Italian government tech society that had to deliver the “victory” to Biden, by switching millions of votes from Trump to Biden through its own military satellite.

Therefore, this would directly involve the previous Conte government in this attack, which would be a direct aggression of Italy against US sovereignty.

The electronic fraud allegedly took place on Via Veneto, in the headquarters of the US embassy in Italy. If this allegation were to be confirmed, then US ambassador, Lewis Eisenberg, had allowed a coup to take place against his own President.

The Italian hacker who would execute the attack: Arturo D’Elia

According to an affidavit signed by an Italian lawyer, Alfio D’Urso, Arturo D’Elia played a major role in Italygate.

D’Elia’s resumé reveals some very interesting facts. In his Linkedin profile, the Italian IT consultant lists very important posts, such as the ones for the district attorney offices of Naples and Salerno.

And this is not the most prestigious assignment that he has had. The Italian hacker also worked for NATO from 2010 to 2015.

In his Facebook profile, he shared some pictures of his drills with the NSA. It is also interesting to point out that D’Elia in his FB presentation included the Gladio motto: “Silendo libertatem servo.”

For those who are not familiar with Gladio, it is the name of a paramilitary structure coordinated by NATO and the Washington deep state that was used in Italy to prevent an eventual shift of the country towards the Warsaw pact. (ER: This paramilitary group was responsible for lots of bombings, attacks and even the kidnapping and assassination of Italian PM Aldo Mori in order to place the Italian population in fear, who would then (it was hypothesized) seek protection from the government. During the ’70s, it appeared that ‘far left’ groups were responsible for these attacks, yet it was the far right paramilitary group under NATO control that was actually responsible. Hence Gladio was a series of false flag attacks. This was attested to in court during the 80s, with Henry Kissinger being implicated.)

Therefore, D’Elia worked for a powerful globalist and Atlanticist system that had been trying to overthrow Trump since the beginning of his mandate.

The Italian hacker is not a sort of lunatic without the professional skills to do what he allegedly did.

He has all the expertise needed. The media quickly tried to dismiss this story as a “conspiracy theory”, but they failed to seek the leads that confirm the versions of Maria Zack and Bradley Johnson.

At this moment, D’Elia is in jail in Salerno for another crime committed when he worked for a Leonardo subsidiary, Alenia Aermacchi, from which he had stolen important data.

However, Italygate implies a very important fact. The key to overthrowing Donald Trump was the involvement of the Italian deep state.

But the President knew what was coming. He knew that globalism would not have allowed him to stay in the White House, and Trump signed an executive order to prevent foreign election interference against the US.

At this point, one could think that the plan to foil this international coup has failed because Joe Biden is in the White House now.

But in this regard, there is a popular quote among Trump’s circles that could help explain what is happening: “Nothing is what it seems”.

Biden is without any doubt an “anomalous” President. He still has not received a foreign leader in the White House since the beginning of his mandate and he still hasn’t held a press conference in the White House briefing room.

Another proof of this strange presidency comes from an ABC video, where Biden is speaking with the journalists who aim the mics towards him. However, if one pays more attention to the video, he can see that Biden’s hands unbelievably pass through the microphones.

In other words, this video has been grossly doctored, and one should ask himself what the reason of this gross fake is if Biden is really in charge.

But the anomalies don’t stop there. On several occasions, the Pentagon didn’t comply with the orders of the alleged commander-in-chief, and this gives strength to the idea that there’s a puppet administration in Washington, devoid of its effective powers.

The situation is so unprecedented that even the mainstream media can no longer deny that Biden is not really in charge.

In theory, this administration would have already accelerated towards the Great Reset, as the former secretary of State of the Obama administration, John Kerry has stated.

On the contrary; the number of US states that are lifting Covid restrictions is increasing.

At this point, the natural question that should be asked is: what happened on January 20, the day of the so-called Biden inauguration?

Several leads, like the presence of the National Guard in Washington, seem to indicate that in the US, a temporary military government could be in place.

Before leaving the White House, Trump could have temporarily transferred power over to the military.

Many people asked Trump to trigger the Insurrection Act to foil the coup against him. Trump could have done it, but not in an official way.

By following this strategy, the President has avoided a civil war and the possibility for the Democrats to trigger the Great Reset in the United States.

However, as stated before, the entire key to this story is Italygate. In order to overturn the result of the 2020 election, it is fundamental to prosecute the authors of this hacking attack.

The Italian deep state would have played an essential role in the coup against Trump, and this involvement does not seem to be limited only to the Conte government and Matteo Renzi, the former Italian PM.

The now presiding Mario Draghi has appointed to his cabinet some former members of Leonardo, including minister for the Ecologic Transition, Roberto Cingolani.

Cingolani is a physicist who came to the spotlight in previous years for his appearance in the Leopolda, a political event organized by Matteo Renzi, whose name constantly emerges in this web of a story.

Minister Cingolani attended also the annual meeting of the Trilateral Commission in 2016, another globalist group founded by the ubiquitous David Rockefeller in 1973.

Cingolani is not the only Draghi government member who has ties with Leonardo. Draghi picked as his chief of staff Antonio Funiciello, who had also worked for Leonardo.

Before his job as chief of staff, Funiciello worked as the former chief of staff of Gentiloni’s government. Gentiloni is remembered as the PM who appointed Alessandro Profumo as the CEO of Leonardo.

Profumo was later confirmed in this role by Conte despite his having been sentenced to six years of imprisonment for false accounting and market manipulation.

Neither Profumo nor Leonardo have denied their involvement in Italygate, and this is quite strange if one considers that Leonardo is a joint stock company. Such communications should be made at least to reassure the markets that the reputation of the company is solid and clean.

None of this was made in this case. Leonardo has been completely quiet about the case.

However, there seems to be a red thread that ties the Gentiloni, Renzi, Conte and Draghi’s governments, and this red thread is the complete hostility towards Trump.

In other words, globalism has been using mainly the Italian deep state to overthrow Trump.

In Italy, there have been and there are still now some misdirected attempts to convey the false idea that Draghi is a Trump ally.

All of these attempts are just part of a disinformation campaign orchestrated by the Italian Freemasonry and by circles close to the Northern League of Matteo Salvini, which has flipped and is now supporting Draghi’s government.

As soon as he was sworn in as PM, Draghi has been faithfully executing the Great Reset agenda by distributing mRNA vaccines and enforcing lockdowns which would provoke the bankruptcies of many other economic actors.

However, something seems to be sure. Italygate is the mother of all the scandals. This fact is simply too fundamental to ignore if we are to see the official return of Trump as President and the final defeat of the NWO.

Once this scandal finally explodes, a devastating mechanism would be set in motion that would provoke the collapse of the international deep state.

Spring has just begun and maybe some flowers could blossom very soon. At the same, Easter is approaching and with it, the hope is that the Resurrection of Christ could finally usher the final victory of Christ’s forces here on Earth.

The battle is far from over. The outcome of this battle would be in any case chosen through Italy. The proverbial, literal and political roads that lead to Rome will decide if mankind will plunge or pull back from the global totalitarian abyss.

Perhaps the next Revolutionary War will take place in a vegetable garden.

Instead of bullets, there will be seeds.  Instead of chemical warfare, there will be rainwater, carefully collected from the gutters of the house. Instead of soldiers in body armor and helmets, there will be back yard rebels, with bare feet, cut-off jean shorts, and wide-brimmed hats.  Instead of death, there will be life, sustained by a harvest of home-grown produce.  Children will be witness to these battles, but instead of being traumatized, they will be happy, grimy, and healthy, as they learn about the miracles that take place in a little plot of land or pot of dirt.

Every day, the big industries that run our nation take steps towards food totalitarianism.  They do so flying a standard of “sustainability” but what they are actually trying to sustain is NOT our natural resources, but their control.

One of the most inspiring, beautifully written articles that I’ve had the pleasure of reading in a long time is by  Julian Rose, a farmer, actor, activist, and writer. He wrote an article called Civil Disobedience or Death by Design and it is a “must-read” for anyone who believes in the importance of natural food sources:

“From now on, unless we cut free of obeisance to the centralised, totalitarian regimes whose takeover of our planet is almost complete, we will have only ourselves to blame. For we are complicit in allowing ourselves to become slaves of the Corporate State and its cyborg enforcement army. That is, if we continue to remain hypnotized by their antics instead of taking our destinies into our own hands and blocking or refusing to comply with their death warrants. This ‘refusal’ is possible. But it will only have the desired effect when, and if, it is contemporaneous with the birthing of the Divine warrior who sleeps in us all. The warrior who sleeps-on, like the besotted Rip Van Winkle in the Catskill mountains.”

And it isn’t just industrialism that’s causing our issues. A supply chain disruption has been apparent in the US since people first cleared the shelves a year ago and while some things came back in stock, supplies are limited to this day.

Sustained into starvation

Does it sound dramatic to state that if things continue on their current path of “sustainability” that we are all going to die?  If you think I’m overstating this, read on.  It isn’t a stretch of the imagination to think that we are going to soon be “sustained” right into starvation via Agenda 21.

• The European Union is in the process of criminalizing all seeds that are not “registered”.  This means that the centuries-old practice of saving seeds from one year to the next may soon be illegal.
• Collecting rainwater is illegal in many states, and regulated in other states.  The United Nations, waving their overworked banner of “sustainability” is scheming to take over control of every drop of water on the globe.  In some countries, people who own wells are now being taxed and billed on the water coming from those sources.  Nestle has admitted that they believe all water should be privatized so that everyone has to pay for the life-giving liquid.
•  Codex Alimentarius (Latin for “food code”) is a global set of standards created by the CA Commission, a body established by a branch or the United Nations back in 1963. As with all globally stated agendas, however, CA’s darker purpose is shielded by the feel-good words.  As the US begins to fall in line with the “standards” laid out by CA, healthful, nutritious food will be something that can only be purchased via some kind of black market of organically produced food.
• Regulations abound in the 1200 page Food Safety Modernization Act that has put many small farmers out of business, while leaving us reliant on irradiated, chemically treated, genetically-modified “food”.

In the face of this attack on the agrarian way of life, the single, most meaningful act of resistance that any individual can perform is to use the old methods and grow his or her own food. Big banks are betting AGAINST the consumer and investing large sums of money in Big Agri before predicted shortages raise prices even more dramatically.

It’s time to become a producer instead of a consumer.

I often write about producing instead of merely consuming and in no subject is that more important than food. Growing your own food wields many weapons.

• You are preserving your intelligence by refusing to ingest food doused in chemicals.  The pesticides that are liberally sprayed on food crops have been proven to lop off IQ points.
• You are nourishing your body by feeding yourself real food.  Real food, unpasteurized, un-irradiated, with all of the nutrients intact, will provide you with a strong immune system and lower your risk of many chronic diseases.  As well, you won’t be eating the toxic additives that affect your body detrimentally.
• You are not participating in funding Big Food, Big Agri, and Big Pharma when you grow your own food. Every bite of food that is NOT purchased via the grocery store is representative of money that does NOT go into the pockets of these companies who are interested only in their bottom lines. Those industries would be delighted if everyone was completely reliant on them.
• You are not susceptible to control mechanisms and threats.  If you are able to provide for yourself, you need to give no quarter to those who would hold the specter of hunger over your head.  You don’t have to rely on anyone else to feed your family.

The ultimate act of rebellion is to feed yourself.

Consider every bite of food that you grow for your family to be an act of rebellion.

1. If you live in the suburbs, plant every square inch of your yard.  Grow things vertically.  Use square foot gardening methods.  Make lovely beds of vegetables in the front yard.  Extend your growing seasons by using greenhouses and cold frames.  This way you can grow more than one crop per year in a limited amount of space.   Use raised bed gardening techniques like lasagna gardening to create rich soil.  If you have problems with your local government or HOA, go to the alternative media and plead your case in front of millions of readers.  We’ve got your back! Here are some tips for stealth gardening.
2. If you live in the city or in an apartment, look into ways to adapt to your situation.  Grow a container garden on a sunny balcony, and don’t forget hanging baskets.  Grow herbs and lettuce in a bright window.  Set up a hydroponics system in a spare room (but look out for the SWAT team – they like to come after indoor tomato growers!)  Go even further and look into aquaponics. Create a little greenhouse with a grow light for year-round veggies.  Sprout seeds and legumes for a healthy addition to salads. Don’t forget community gardens either – they’re a great way to grow food and meet others with your interests. Here are some other tips for gardening without a yard.
3. If you live in the country, go crazy.  Don’t just plant a garden – plant fields!  Grow vegetables and grains. Grow herbs, both culinary and medicinal.  Learn to forage if you have forests nearby.  Learn to use old-fashioned methods of composting, cover crops and natural amendments to create a thriving system.
4. Raise micro-livestock.  The micro-livestock option may not work for everyone, but if you can, provide for some of your protein needs this way.  Raise chickens, small goats, and rabbits, for meat, eggs, and dairy.  If you are not a vegetarian, this is one of the most humane and ethical ways to provide these things for your family.  Be sure to care well for your animals and allow them freedom and natural food sources – this is far better than the horrible, nightmare-inducing lives that they live on factory farms.
5. Use only heirloom seeds. We get all our seeds here. With heirloom seeds, you can save your seeds.  Learn the art of saving seeds from one season to the next.  Different seeds have different harvesting and storage requirements.
6. Go organic.  Learn to use natural soil enhancers and non-toxic methods of getting rid of pests.  Plan it so that your garden is inviting to natural pollinators like bees and butterflies.  If you wouldn’t apply poison to your food while cooking it, don’t apply it to your food while growing it.
7. Be prepared for some backlash.  The day may come when you face some issues from your municipal government.  Be prepared for this by understanding your local laws and doing your best to work within that framework. If you cannot work within the framework, know what your rights are and refuse to be bullied.  Call upon those in the alternative media who will sound the alarm.  Every single garden that comes under siege is worth defending. A Florida family finally won the right to garden in their front yard after years of harassment.
8. Learn about permaculture.  Instead of buying pretty flowering plants for your yard, landscape with fruit trees (espaliering is a technique that works well in small spaces), berry bushes, and nut trees.  Permaculture can provide long-term food sources for your family.
9. For the things you can’t grow yourself, buy local.  Especially if space is limited, you may not be able to grow every bite you eat by yourself.  For everything you can, buy local!  Buy shares in a local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Visit your farmer’s market.  Shop at roadside stands.  Join a farming co-op.  Support agriculture in your region to help keep local farms in business.  (One note about farmer’s markets:  Some farmers markets allow people to sell produce that originates at the same wholesalers from which the grocery stores buy their produce.  I always try to develop a relationship with the farmers from whom I buy, and I like to know that what I’m buying actually came from their fields and not a warehouse.)
10. Learn to preserve your food.  Again, go back to the old ways and learn to save your harvest for the winter.  Water bath canning, pressure canning, dehydrating, and root cellaring are all low-tech methods of feeding your family year-round. Not only can you preserve your own harvest, but you can buy bushels of produce at the farmer’s market for a reduced price and preserve that too. There is a food revolution brewing.

People who are educating themselves about Big Food, Big Agri, and the food safety sell-outs at the FDA are disgusted by what is going on. They are refusing to tolerate these attacks on our health and our lifestyles.

Firing a volley in this war doesn’t have to be bloody.  Resistance can begin as easily a planting one seed in a pot. It’s time to go to battle and declare your independence with a spade in one hand and some seeds in the other.

When you are ready to prepare for any SHTF situation, there are particular items that are absolutely vital. These items often fall into a few categories. The four pillars of survival are food, water, fire, and shelter. These are four priorities that must be secured to survive in any situation. In addition, other priorities might be first aid, self-defense, land navigation, and signaling for help. If you can cover these categories, you can survive just about any scenario.

In addition to covering these categories, you want to be as efficient as possible. This means that items covering more than one need are especially valuable. It also means you want your survival items to be small, lightweight, and inexpensive. One of the other priorities in prepping is redundancy. You never want to have to rely one just one item for fire, or just one item for purifying water. You want several layers of protection to ensure that your needs are covered. Here are the items I suggest for your prepping kit:

1. Full Tang Knife: One of the most valuable items you can have is a quality knife. It is one of the items that is most difficult to recreate with only natural materials. A full tang knife means that the blade extends all the way to the end of the handle. This ensures that is will not break when put to the test. I prefer a heavy, long blade if it is the only blade I bring. 
2. Folding Saw: When processing wood, there are several products you can use. A large knife will work, but a good saw is better.  A small, flexible folding saw is ideal for cutting logs and branches up to about six inches thick.  It is lightweight, safe, and effective.
3. Hatchet: Having a second way to process wood is a good idea, and a hatchet gives you another option. Hatchets are ideal for splitting firewood once you have it cut down.
4. Ferro Rod: This small fire starter is waterproof, windproof, and never needs additional fuel. It is the most reliable fire starting tool you can have.
5. Zippo lighter: The Zippo is windproof and can stay lit without having to hold down a button. It can also be refilled with several different flammable liquids.  This makes it ideal for long term use.
6. Bic lighters: These disposable lighters are reliable and very inexpensive.  You can easily afford to have several lying around.
7. Wetfire cubes: These waxy cubes are great for quickly starting a fire in adverse conditions. You shave some of the wax off of the corner and light the pile with just a few sparks. Then you can put the rest of the cube on top and it will stay lit for several minutes.
8. Firesticks: These fire assistance products are very helpful in windy and wet conditions. They can be doused in water and still will stay lit in strong winds for around 20 minutes.  This product can allow you to skip over tinder and move straight to your kindling and larger wood.
9. 550 Paracord: Cordage is vital in a SHTF scenario. 550 paracord is strong enough to hold a grown man, but also has several strong interior strands.  You can remove these strands and use each one separately.
10. Emergency Blanket: Not only can these reflective blankets be used to wrap up and stay warm, but they can also be used for a quick shelter. The reflective surface sends 90% of your body heat back to you, and the thicker tarp-style blankets will not rip and have grommets at the corners for cordage.
11. Filter Bottle: If you have a bottle with a water filter built into the lid, then you can purify water on the go. Just dip it in a stream and keep going.
12. Straw Style Filter: This filter takes up little space and allows you to dip down and take a drink whenever you need.
13. Iodine Tablets: These take up almost no space and allow you to chemically purify water. The only downside is that they take around 30 minutes to work.
14. Fire Lens: If you have a sunny day, a fire lens works well to get a fire started. It is waterproof, windproof, and requires no fuel.  All you need is direct sunlight.
15. Char Cloth: This substance will catch a spark or the heat from a lens and hold an ember for several minutes. You can buy char cloth or you can make your own by poking a small hole in an Altoids tin.  Just add some small strips of cotton cloth and throw the tin in the fire for 20 minutes.
16. Flashlights and headlamps: Having light at night is vital in a SHTF scenario. Having a good LED tactical flashlight and a headlamp to keep your hands free should be a top priority.
17. Butane Stove: The stoves can be large enough for several pans or small enough to fit in your pocket. They allow you to quickly cook food or boil water without building a fire.
18. Lantern: To light a room or campsite you will need a device that emits light in every direction. You can buy a gas lantern or an electric lamp. Another good idea is the strikelight, which can be also used as an anti-theft device.
19. Batteries: Having a supply of batteries for your electrical devices is very important. I suggest a variety of sizes.
20. Water Storage: Having ways to purify water is important, but having large amounts of water on hand is important as well. Be careful about the containers you use as some can affect the taste or quality of the water.
21. Wool Blankets: Wool is the only substance that can keep you warm even when wet.
22. Fishing Tackle: Having a rod and reel can be a great way to provide more food for your family.
23. Gill Net: Another way to catch fish, but you can set it up and forget about it until you collect your catch.
24. Various Animal Traps: Trapping is another way to collect food without having to actively hunt. Having snares and other traps gives you a huge advantage versus building primitive traps.
25. Shotguns: These weapons are great for hunting birds, small game, and large game at close range. They can also be used for close quarters combat.
26. Rifles: These are primarily for longer shots on big or small game. They are also ideal for long range shots to defend your home.
27. Handguns: Pistols are easy to conceal and may be the best option for defending yourself or your home.
28. Compound Bow and Crossbow: These weapons are silent ad good for hunting or self-defense. You can also make more arrows if you run out.
29. Copper Wire: This material is great for several projects and is ideal for homemade snare traps.
30. Zip Ties: These can replace cordage if you want a quick and simple solution. They are also good to secure the hands of captives if needed.
31. Duct Tape: There are dozens of different uses for this strong and sticky substance.
32. Candles: These are great for both light and heat if you want to conserve electricity.
33. Fire Extinguishers: Controlling a fire without access to a fire department can be difficult. Having supplies on hand is vital.
34. Smoke Detectors: This will alert you if your home catches fire.
35. Carbon Monoxide Detectors: If you plan to have open flames in your house for cooking or heat, you will need to ensure that this toxic gas does not build up.
36. Solar Battery Packs: These can be recharged with the power of the sun to charge various devices.
37. PVC Pipe: Having various sizes of this plastic piping will help with plumbing and other projects.
38. Seed Bank: You will want to have seeds for gardening stored up in advance so you can plant when the time is right.
39. Ammunition Bank: Firearms are great, but they are worthless without ammo. Stock up on your most needed rounds.
40. Lumber: Two by fours, four by fours, and plywood are all good to have around for various projects including boarding up windows and doors.
41. Hand Crank Radio: This will allow you to hear what is going on in other areas.
42. Hardtack: These dry biscuits are easy to make in advance and can be stored for years.
43. Jerky and Pemmican: Both of these foods can be made from almost any kind of meat and will last a long time when kept dry.
44. Canned and Dry Goods: This type of food will give you some variety in your diet.
45. First Aid Kit: You will likely have to perform your own medical care, so having a thorough kit with some first aid knowledge is a good idea.
46. Sewing Kit: There will be plenty of ripped clothing to mend when you cannot buy more.
47. Toiletries: Hygiene will greatly affect health in SHTF scenarios. Having soap, toothpaste, and toilet paper will go a long way.
48. Generator: Having electricity for specific needs is important, and a cheap gas generator is a smart buy.
49. Map and Compass: Having a way to navigate is important, especially if you need to bug out.
50. Signal Mirror and Whistle: These come in handy if you need to get somebody’s attention for rescue.

Media were told ballot-counting had stopped; sworn testimony says counters were dismissed.

Internal emails from Fulton County election workers obtained by Just the News are heightening the mystery surrounding ballot-processing in Georgia’s largest county during last November’s presidential contest.

Uncertainty arose regarding the ballot processing operation at Fulton County’s State Farm Arena on and after Election Night, when ballot-scanning apparently continued  even after most election workers had reportedly been sent home.

Two separate sworn affidavits from Election Night poll workers claimed that, at roughly 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 3, an official directed workers to stop working and to return the next day at 8:30 a.m.

Nearly half a dozen local and national media outlets, meanwhile, reported being told that absentee ballot-counting had ceased at around 10:30 p.m. and would resume the next day. Several reports cited county spokeswoman Regina Waller for that information.

Counting at the State Farm Arena, however, continued past 10:30 p.m. after most staffers had left. In December, Waller told Just the News that, contrary to the numerous media reports, she had “stated to all media … that although several workers were released to go home, a small team remained behind to assist with scanning ballots.”

It is unclear why no media outlets appear to have mentioned that fact.

In the emails obtained this weekend by Just the News through an open records request, Waller appears to indicate that the ballot-counting team had dispersed by around 10:30 p.m.

In the email, timestamped at 10:22 p.m. on Nov. 3 and addressed to several county officials as well as State Farm Arena spokesman Garin Narain, Waller wrote: “The workers in the Absentee Ballot Processing area will get started again at 8 am tomorrow.” Waller goes on to request arrangements for news crews hoping to get live shots of the counting the following day.

Reached for comment via email, Waller said the email “was in response to a question received asking when all workers would return.” She did not respond to a request to see the original email to which she was responding.

Another email obtained by Just the News, meanwhile, also points to more uncertainty regarding the timetable of ballot-counting on Election Night.

In a message sent at 11:15 p.m. that night, Fulton County Interagency Affairs Manager Fran Phillips-Calhoun wrote to Waller and several other county staffers: “FYI – [the Secretary of State’s office] just sort of threw the team under the bus stating that ‘we had a great day, but we decided to throw in the towel for the night even though the public is waiting…’ on results.”

Phillips-Calhoun did not specify what message from the Secretary of State’s office she was referring to. The county worker did not respond to requests for comment.

In addition to the unclear messaging coming from Fulton County officials on Election Night, the process that played out at State Farm Arena was further complicated by two sworn affidavits from ballot watchers whose testimonies, given under penalty of perjury, appear to confirm at least some controversial aspects of the news reports from that night. 

One, from Georgia Republican Party Field Organizer Michelle Branton, claimed that, at around 10:30 p.m., “a woman [in the ballot-processing room] yelled to everyone to stop working and to return the next day at 8:30 a.m.”

“Nearly all of the staff workers” departed the arena after that directive, Branton stated, leaving only a small number of workers behind, one of whom was Regina Waller.

Another Georgia Republican Party ballot watcher, Mitchell Harrison, said in his own sworn testimony that he worked alongside Branton that night and also witnessed the woman dismiss workers “sometime after 10 o’clock,” after which “all but 4 election employees” left the arena.

Both Branton and Harrison said they had been directed by a GOP supervisor to obtain the number of ballots scanned and the number remaining to be scanned. Both claimed to have asked Regina Waller for that information three separate times; Waller eventually told them to find the information on the state’s website.

The two left State Farm Arena “shortly after 10:30 p.m.” and said that some time after returning to the Fulton County Board of Elections Warehouse, they became aware that ballot counting was still continuing at the arena.

Harrison said he and another worker eventually returned to to the Arena “just before 1:00 a.m.,” upon which “we were told counting had been going on, but had just ended in the last few minutes.”

CRACKPOT?It is tempting to dismiss Solum as a crackpot and a fear monger. There were many red flags. She tends to exaggerate, claiming she grows 500 varieties of tomatoes on her farm in Montana and there are “seven million drones” monitoring us. She places a lot of emphasis on cosmic changes: “2000 year cycles’; “the sun has gone silent” and the “magnetosphere” has weakened. We are in the “end times.” She claims that a second Wuhan virus was released- a “plant destroyer” that decimated her orchards in Montana. 

On the other hand, consider her message in the context of what is actually happening. Trillions have been spent and millions of lives have been disrupted or destroyed for a virus that has a .25% mortality rate. 68,000 Britons have been fined for lockdown breeches. A young couple was terrorized by 12-man SWAT team who thought they were having a party. An 82-year-old grannie was watching TV in bed when police arrived to warn her about having tea in her garden with two friends earlier that day.  A Michigan restaurant owner was led away in shackles after publicly warning Americans they were being enslaved. 
Make up your own mind. But my view is prepare for the worst and pray for the best.

Imagine thinking the government can reduce poverty.

For most readers of this website, the thought is laughable. And for good reason. The government has no resources of its own. Every dollar it spends it must first either tax, borrow, or print. Taxing and borrowing redirect money from the voluntary, productive sector of the economy to the hands of politicians. Printing new money erodes the value of currency already held by citizens, harming low-income households disproportionately, while distorting important market signals like interest rates that are vital to coordinating the economy’s complex patterns of production and exchange.

Nevertheless, the Urban Institute—a highly influential and deep-pocketed left-leaning think tank—just released a report claiming that the recently passed American Rescue Plan will reduce the poverty rate by one-third in 2021.

Major media outlets like the Washington Post and CNN wasted little time in reporting on the study’s findings.

The report’s methodologies and assumptions, however, are highly questionable and cast doubt on the legitimacy of its conclusions.

The Urban Institute’s study claims that the Rescue Plan will reduce the number of people in poverty in 2021 “by about 16 million, from over 44 million to 28 million.” This will be accomplished, according to the study, because the plan will increase “aggregate net resources” for households currently under the poverty line by $87 billion, or an average of about $3,850 per family.

The report, however, gives away the game early on. “Our analysis does not include the macroeconomic effects of the policy changes.” This is often referred to as a “static” analysis.

This admission alone should be enough to dismiss the Urban Institute’s findings. Assuming that the massive changes to the money supply, government debt, and incentives to work, spend, or save will have no effect on behavior or other “macroeconomic effects” like price inflation is wholly unrealistic.

For starters, how many households will fall back below the poverty level when price inflation pushes up the cost of living, especially the cost of common household needs like groceries, gas, and utilities?

In January, grocery prices were already up 3.7 percent year over year, the largest such increase in a decade, with beef leading the way with an 8 percent rise.

Gas prices are up more than fifty cents per gallon already this year, and are expected to surge beyond three dollars a gallon this summer. Oil prices are up more than 20 percent this year, and continue to climb.

Add in a “rescue plan” of $1.9 trillion, most (if not all) of which will be newly created fiat currency, and price increases should be expected to accelerate still further. The rescue plan will cost nearly $5,800 for every man, woman, and child in the country (more than $23,000 per family of four). Yet according to the Urban Institute’s calculations, even those households targeted for the greatest amount of relief will receive on average $3,850 per family.

Basic math indicates that low-income households will struggle to keep pace with the rising cost of living, even with the financial relief.

More specifically, the Urban Institute attempts to evaluate the impact of four specific measures contained in the rescue plan.

Unemployment Benefits

The plan will add another twenty-five weeks of federal benefits, along with an additional $300 a week. This would continue to be in addition to the normal state unemployment insurance benefits, which average about $300 per week.

At an annualized rate, a household with two people collecting an average of $600 per week in UI benefits would be receiving the equivalent of more than $62,000 per year, nearly matching the national median household income of $68,703.

This obviously provides strong incentives for people not to work, and to hold out for ideal, well-paying job opportunities that may never materialize. Fewer people actively working means lower amounts of production, which limits the quantity of available goods and services. A limited supply of goods and services being chased by a dramatically increasing amount of dollars will help to drive up prices more significantly.

Discouraging work and productive activity is the opposite of helping to alleviate poverty.

And what about the longer-term effects on the recipients once the benefits expire? How much more difficult will it be for them once again to find work after another six months of being out of the workforce? The Urban Institute leaves such questions unaddressed.

SNAP Benefits

The Urban Institute report also estimates that the extension of increased Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits would serve to reduce poverty by one-tenth of a percentage point.

The assumption here again is that the value of the benefits isn’t being traded off against higher food prices, an assumption that is naïve at best and intellectually negligent at worst. The higher cost of living may force more people below the poverty line than the benefits would enable to exceed it.

“Stimulus” Checks

Of the four measures analyzed in the Urban Institute’s report, the “stimulus” checks of $1,400 for most Americans are predicted to “produce the largest projected poverty reduction.”

The checks are purported to provide “relief” to families enduring financial struggles thanks to the covid lockdowns. But in spite of the significant spikes in unemployment, especially concentrated in the fields of hospitality and leisure, the majority of people receiving the stimulus checks will have suffered little to no interruption in their incomes.

Once again, however, the Urban Institute simply adds in the stimulus check amounts to low-income households’ incomes and declares that the additional income will propel many households above the poverty threshold with the assumption that the stimulus checks will have no other “macroeconomic effects” like price inflation.

Child Tax Credit

Finally, the study claims that the Rescue Plan’s child tax credit increase from $2,000 to $3,600 or $3,000 (depending on the age of the child) will “substantially boost the income of families with children.”

I recall Nancy Pelosi describing $1,000 tax cuts for working Americans as “crumbs” in 2018. But now a similar amount is described by the Urban Institute as a substantial boost in income.

Nevertheless, even though on the margins this additional income from the credit could push some families above the measured poverty rate, it remains irresponsible for the Urban Institute to merely wish away the negative impact of rising prices on low-income households in their analysis.

Only Productivity Reduces Poverty

Claims that government can “boost” the economy, or “create” jobs, or reduce poverty should be met with harsh skepticism.

With no resources of their own, the government can at best rearrange jobs, incomes, or patterns of production. But even more likely, the process of doing so will hamper economic progress, destroy jobs on net, and exacerbate poverty.

As John Chamberlain, the late economic historian, stated, “Poverty in society is overcome by productivity, and in no other way. There is no political alchemy which can transmute diminished production into increased consumption.”

Government “stimulus” or “relief” plans are long on encouraging more spending of newly created dollars, but short on encouraging actual production. The combination makes for a perfect recipe for price inflation, but not poverty reduction.

The fact that a report like the one produced by the highly esteemed Urban Institute must resort to such damning assumptions to conclude that the Relief Plan will reduce poverty bolsters my point.

Wake up, folks. The coronavirus is a hoax, a pretext for the radical undemocratic reorganization of society. 1969:
” Travel … would become very restricted. People would need permission to travel and they would need a good reason to travel. If you didn’t have a good reason for your travel you would not be allowed to travel, and everyone would need ID… later on, some sort of device would be developed to be implanted under the skin that would be coded specifically to identify the individual.” 

Like sheep, humanity had better adjust to constant harassment as long as it tolerates Illuminati control of all important government and social institutions.

Although prohibited, Dr. Lawrence Dunegan made notes and related the contents of the speech to Randy Engel who made them available on tape. 
Dr. Dunegan reveals not just “WHAT” is intended for America and all people in the world, but “HOW” the controllers intend to carry out their plan. 
Dr. Day, left, said — “Everything is in place and nobody can stop us now . . .”
“Some of you will think I’m talking about Communism. Well, what I’m talking about is much bigger than Communism!” “Everything has two purposes. One is the ostensible purpose which will make it acceptable to people; and second, is the real purpose which would further the goals of establishing the new system and having it.”NEW DIFFICULT-TO-DIAGNOSE AND UNTREATABLE DISEASES “Next heading to talk about is HEALTH & DISEASE. He said there would be new diseases to appear which had not ever been seen before. Would be very difficult to diagnose and be untreatable — at least for a long time.”
 No elaboration was made on this, but I remember, not long after hearing this presentation, when I had a puzzling diagnosis to make, I would be wondering, 
“Is this … was what he was talking about? Is this a case of what he was talking about?”. Some years later, as AIDS ultimately developed, I think AIDS was at least one example of what he was talking about. I now think that AIDS probably was a manufactured disease.”

Day also covered topics such as:

For the last six months (in 2010), we have been bombarded with propaganda about the Swine Flu. Millions have been vaccinated. Billions of profits have been made. These vaccines might have been harmless. Who knows about the next? What we do know is that, generally speaking, Swine Flu proved to be less dangerous than seasonal flu.

Then, recently for over a week, we were bombarded with hysteria about weather change (aka “climate change.”)  The Club of Rome concocted this bogeyman back in the 1980s.

We must regard official society as a brainwashing chamber where we are being subjected to trauma-based mind control. Other traumatic events from the last decade include 9-11, the Tsunami, Hurricane Katerina, the great Northeastern power black-outs, the financial meltdown, and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

It’s been a good decade for the Illuminati. Society is far more fearful and pessimistic, far more willing to accept totalitarian control.

THE KEY TO OUR EXASPERATION


In the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the author writes that their goal is: “To wear everyone out by dissensions, animosities, feuds, famine, inoculation of diseases, want, until the Gentiles sees no other way of escape except by appeal to our money and our power.” (Protocol 10)

“We will so wear out and exhaust the Gentiles by all this that they will be compelled to offer us an international authority, which by its position will enable us to absorb without disturbance all the governmental forces of the world and thus form a super-government.” (Protocol 5)

Harold Rosenthal who was a member of this cabal boasted that they even implanted a “guilt complex” over the holocaust and anti-Semitism that prevents society from addressing the threat.

Through control of banking, they acquired a total monopoly of “the movie industry, the radio networks and the newly developing television media…we took over the publication of all school materials… Even your music! We censor the songs released for publication long before they reach the publishers…we will have complete control of your thinking.”

We “have put issue upon issue to the American people. Then we promote both sides of the issue as confusion reigns. With their eyes fixed on the issues, they fail to see who is behind every scene. We, Jews, toy with the American public as a cat toys with a mouse.”

It would be great if the problem could be confined to “Jews” but literally everyone who advances the New World Order agenda wittingly or unwittingly is implicated, and that is, millions of people, i.e. the “Establishment.”

SOCIETY OFSHILLS

The Illuminati central banking cartel controls government credit, media, banking, corporations, education, professional associations, justice, military ..you name it. Society operates on two rails. The formal–the image of a democracy ruled by law that dupes the masses and ensures their cooperation. The informal– the Illuminati club, which actually makes the decisions regardless of what’s happening on the formal level. The informal infiltrates the formal until the latter is merely a mask for the former.

When I was a sixties radical, we used to think people who worked for the Establishment had sold their souls to the devil. I didn’t imagine it was literally true, as the Illuminati are Satan worshippers, so you’re unwittingly working for his disciples.

The world has been colonized by this Satanic cult. What we are experiencing, while trying to maintain some civilized traditions over Christmas, is their relentless attempt to induct us into their cult as mind-controlled servants.

Clearly, the COVID “pandemic” is not intended to be a passing emergency but a ruse to impose a “new normal” corresponding to the UN’s Agenda 30.
The dystopian future is taking shape. Mass gatherings have been canceled.  We must experience the world on a TV screen. The NFL plays in front of a cardboard crowd to sound effects. 
Millions are stuck at home, working “remotely,” or paid to do nothing. (Will they ever agree to work again?)
Restaurants and other businesses in urban centers are going bust. 
Students are deprived of the society of their peers, forced to take their courses online. Many are confined to their dorms without proper provisions. Attending classes remotely is like ordering take-out from Hooters.  
Everyone is required to wear filthy masks.
Locally, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet canceled their annual Nutcracker ballet, scheduled for Christmas. Imagine hundreds of artists out of jobs.

There is talk that Christmas gatherings may be canceled. Every source of solace or happiness is being shut down.
At the local Safeway, the lounge where old folk enjoyed their Timbits and coffee has been closed. They have nowhere to go.
Montreal residents won’t be allowed to visit friends or family at home for most of October or eat out at their favorite restaurant as the provincial government struggles to slow the surge of new coronavirus cases. All bars, casinos, and restaurants are closed (takeout only). Libraries, museums, cinemas, and theatres will also be closed. Being less than two meters apart will be prohibited. Masks will be mandatory during demonstrations. Houses of worship and venues for events, such as funerals and weddings, will have a 25-person limit. Hair salons, hotels, and other such businesses will stay open. Schools will remain open.”
For 16 million people in Northeast England, pubs and restaurants can stay open, but it will be illegal to go for a drink with a member of another household or visit them at their home from Wednesday.
Roughly 100 students at the University of Western Ontario were referred for investigation under the school’s code of conduct after campus police broke up parties in university residences on the weekend.
“At the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, with at least 1,889 virus cases since mid-August, and at the University of Notre Dame, with about 550 cases, students have reported their classmates for violating quarantine and wandering outside.”

A lot of communal events are taking place on Zoom, a videoconferencing app now being used by many classrooms and businesses (thus transforming it into one of the few companies doing well on the stock market). But it’s not just Zoom.

There are, for example, a small but highly vocal number of people gathering in the digital plazas, pet stores, and pizza shops of Club Penguin Online. There are happy hours being held on Google Hangout, and poker games taking place over FaceTime. There are flute meditation sessions on Instagram and thousands of people participating in dance raves that are broadcast on Twitch.It’s a lot for the internet. On Monday, Discord, the chat app popular with gamers, announced that it would increase its capacity by 20 percent to keep up with demand; it crashed shortly thereafter.”
CONCLUSION
The plan is to dehumanize us in advance of full-blown tyranny. The scary part is that the masses still think the “authorities” have their best interests at heart. The medical profession, media, and politicians are all taking their orders from the Rockefellers. This psyop is an egregious betrayal of trust from which society will not recover unless the traitors are all sent packing.

Michigan, Wisconsin and Virginia court actions show some absentee ballot procedures imposed by Democrats violated state laws.

Long after former President Donald Trump dropped his legal challenges to the 2020 election, some courts in battleground states are beginning to declare the way widespread absentee ballots were implemented or counted violated state laws.

The latest ruling came this month in Michigan, where the State Court of Claims concluded that Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s instructions on signature verification for absentee ballots violated state law.

Benson had instructed local election clerks a month before the Nov. 3 election to start with a “presumption” that all signatures on absentee ballots were valid and only reject those that had “multiple significant and obvious” inconsistencies. Republicans and one election clerk challenged her instructions in court.

Chief Court of Claims Judge Christopher M. Murray ruled March 9 that the state Legislature did not provide such guidance in its election laws, and therefore Benson needed to promulgate a formal rule – a timely process – before imposing such a requirement. Murray told election clerks they should disregard Benson’s instructions in future elections.

“An agency must utilize formal rule-making procedures when establishing policies that ‘do not merely interpret or explain the statute or rules from which the agency derives its authority,’ but rather ‘establish the substantive standards implementing the program,’” Murray ruled.

“The guidance issued by the Secretary of State on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature-matching standards was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act,” he concluded.

Benson’s office has not said whether it will appeal.

In neighboring Wisconsin, the state Supreme Court handed down a significant ruling in December when the justices concluded that state and local election officials erred when they gave blanket permission allowing voters to declare themselves homebound and skip voter ID requirements in the 2020 elections.

In a case challenging the practice in Dane County, one of Wisconsin’s large urban centers around the city of Madison, the state’s highest court ruled that only those voters whose “own age, physical illness or infirmity” makes them homebound could declare themselves “indefinitely confined” and avoid complying with a requirement for photo ID.

The mere existence of a COVID-19 pandemic and shutdown orders was not sufficient under Wisconsin law for all persons to skip the voter ID requirements to seek to vote absentee, the justices ruled.

“We conclude that both the contention that electors qualify as indefinitely confined solely as the result of the COVID19 pandemic and the declared public health emergency and the contention that Wis. Stat. § 6.86(2)(a) could be used for those who ‘have trouble presenting a valid ID’ are erroneous because those reasons do not come within the statutory criteria,” the court ruled.

In so doing, the court ruled that local officials like Dane County and Gov. Tony Evers did not have legal authority to exempt all voters to get an absentee ballot without an ID. Evers had issued an executive order earlier this year.

“We conclude that [Evers’] Emergency Order #12 did not render all Wisconsin electors ‘indefinitely confined,’ thereby obviating the requirement of a valid photo identification to obtain an absentee ballot,” the majority ruling concluded.

The court filings indicated nearly 200,000 voters declared themselves permanently confined in the state’s spring primary, a marked rise over prior years, and even more did so in the general election. Biden won Wisconsin by just 20,000 votes.

Meanwhile in Virginia, a judge in January approved a consent decree permanently banning the acceptance of ballots without postmarks after Election Day, concluding that instructions from the Virginia Department of Elections to the contrary in 2020 had violated state law. An electoral board member in Frederick County challenged the legality of the state’s instruction and won though the ruling came after the election.

“If the return envelope has a missing postmark, the ballot shall be rendered invalid,” Frederick County Circuit Judge William W. Eldridge IV ruled in the consent decree.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, which represented electoral board member Thomas Reed called the ruling “a big win for the Rule of Law.”

“This consent decree gives Mr. Reed everything he requested – a permanent ban on accepting ballots without postmarks after Election Day and is a loss for the Virginia bureaucrats who said ballots could come in without these protections,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said.

Several more legal challenges remain in states, as well as two audits/investigations of voting machine logs that are pending in Georgia and Arizona. And while there has been no proof the elections were impacted by widespread fraud, there are still significant disputes over whether rule changes and absentee ballot procedures in key swing states may have been unlawful.

In addition, the Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project on election integrity is pursuing litigation over whether hundreds of millions of dollars donated by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and routed to local election officials in several battleground states may have unlawfully influenced the election, according to the project’s director, Phill Kline.

“We’re expanding our litigation,” Kline told the John Solomon Reports podcast on Wednesday. “I still have suits that are active in Michigan and Georgia on this, and you’ll see us take new action in Wisconsin. And we will renew action in Pennsylvania. And, and our involvement in Arizona will take a little bit of a different tack, but will involve this. The Arizona legislature is going to do an audit and we want this within the scope.”

In other words, the election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump may be settled, but the battle over how elections will be governed – especially as it relates to absentee ballots and private funding of election clerks – has only just begun.
