Law Professor William Aceves minced no words, saying the following:

“International law prohibits the arbitrary deprivation of life, which includes extrajudicial killing.”

“This norm is codified in every major human rights treaty and has attained (higher or compelling) jus cogens status as a non-derogable norm in international law.”

It’s automatically US constitutional law under its Supremacy Clause — article VI, Clause 2.

Yet US regimes operate exclusively by their “rules-based order” — in flagrant breach of international and constitutional law.

Since usurping power by the most brazen election fraud in US history, the illegitimately installed Biden regime exceeded the worst of its predecessors domestically and on the world stage.

On Friday, Russia’s Defense Ministry issued the following statement, saying:

“New video evidence of mass carnage of unarmed Russian prisoners-of-war by Ukrainian servicemen confirms the brutal nature of the current Kiev regime led by (US-installed puppet) Zelensky and (Nazis around) him,” adding:

“The intentional and methodical murder of more than ten immobilized Russian servicemen with direct shots to the head by the Ukrainian (Nazi) degenerates cannot be portrayed as a ‘tragic exception’ by anyone amid the Kiev regime’s allegedly universal observance of POW rights.”

“The brutal murder of Russian POWs is not the first and only such war crime, but common practice (by Ukrainian Nazis), actively supported by the (US-installed) regime, and not noticed at point-blank range by its Western patrons” and MSM press agents.

Kiev regime executions of Russian POWs occurred multiple times throughout 2022.

Last spring, former French soldier, Adrian Bocquet, involved in delivering medical equipment and supplies to Kiev, said the following:

“I saw war crimes” firsthand. 

“I saw a lot of war crimes.”

“The only crimes I saw during the days I was there were perpetrated by Ukrainian forces.”

“I saw Russian soldiers who were taken prisoner, bound and badly beaten.”

“They were brought in groups of three or four” to a detention area. 

“Every soldier received a bullet from a Kalashnikov rifle in the knee.”

“Those who admitted that they were officers got shot in the head.”

“When I returned to France, I was extremely shocked by what the people who were invited on TV shows were saying.”

“A chasm exists between what I see and hear on TV and what I saw on the spot.”

“For me it’s abominable.”

“It shocks me enormously that Europe still gives weapons to a force which in my view are neo-Nazis, who have neo-Nazi insignia.”

“We don’t talk about it.”

“It’s an SS insignia brandished across Ukraine, everywhere.”

“No one in Ukraine seems concerned about this, while we arm them with European weapons.”

“They go off and commit war crimes. I saw this myself.”

Puppet “Zelensky and his accomplices (must) be held responsible by the court of history, the peoples of Russia and Ukraine for each and every prisoner tortured and killed.”

On the same day, Russia’s Mission to the UN in Geneva publicly condemned the cold-blooded murder of its POWs by Ukrainian Nazis, saying:

“(W)ar crime(s) committed by the Kiev regime’s henchmen will be brought before the international community.” 

“The Russian Mission to the UN in Geneva will demand a public condemnation of this horrific crime from the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.”

Spokeswoman for its office acknowledged awareness of how Ukrainian Nazis operate.

Saying its cold-blooded murder of Russian POWs must be “promptly, fully and effectively investigated, and any perpetrators held to account” is meaningless without followthrough and accountability of responsible parties to the highest levels.

Head of the UN’s Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, Matilda Bogner, confirmed the following:

Since last spring, her office has had “credible” evidence of “torture, ill-treatment and incommunicado detention” of Russian military personnel held in Ukrainian captivity — what flagrantly “violates fundamental rules of international humanitarian law.”

Yet nothing was explained publicly. 

No accountability has been forthcoming in response to Ukrainian war crimes and related atrocities since 2014.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, issued the following condemnation of Kiev’s cold-blooded murder policy, saying:

“Videos showing the Ukrainian military mercilessly shooting unarmed Russian POWs are circulating all over social media.” 

They’re “further evidence of crimes committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazis.” 

“The Kiev regime flagrantly violat(es) international humanitarian law,” including what pertains to the treatment of POWs, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, as well as the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

Indisputable evidence surfaced repeatedly to show “Ukraine’s cruel and inhuman treatment of detained Russian military personnel.” 

There’s no ambiguity about “how (the regime) murder(s), torture(s), humiliate(s) and beat(s) people.”

Video evidence released by Kiev “make(s) (the) blood (of viewers) run cold.”

Their Nazi sadists “shoot tied up (Russian) soldiers in the legs, disrespect the bodies of the dead and shoot unarmed soldiers and civilians.”

They “shared footage of tanks crushing people alive.”

Foreign mercenaries from US/Western and other countries took part in these atrocities.

“The collective West” shares guilt by “approv(ing)” flagrant breaches of international law by dominant Ukrainian Nazis. 

Russia will not let their atrocities go unpunished.

guise of “public safety.” Although you may believe the Covid

CDC have shown they care more about profits for pharma and

Knowledge about vitamin D and C, zinc and quercetin has not
been communicated to the public. The hospital protocols are also
to blame for the deaths of many people; sending Covid patients
home with no advice or remedies, hospitalized patients put on
ventilators that have shown to kill 9 out of 10 people, and failure
to put people on high doses of vitamin C and zinc are all part of

Therapies such as monoclonal antibodies could have prevented
so many needless deaths. The top directing health organizations
have shown they are either slow, ignorant, or following a nefarious

The authorities have used the excuse of “medical safety” to
explain why they need to impose mandates on the people. This is
a lie. Safety comes from the freedom to choose what is best for
our health. The real danger is giving power to medical authorities
to determine what they think is best for our health.
Let’s look at the Covid vaccine to see if it really is in anyone’s best
interest. The first step is read the VAERS information; vaccine
adverse events reporting system. Here you will see the latest
information. As of October 1st, 2021, there have been:

• 87,814 urgent care visits
• 121,305 doctor’s office visits
• 7,141 anaphylaxis
• 9,446 bell’s palsy

• 7,868 heart attacks
• 8,689 myocarditis/pericarditis
• 23,712 permanently disabled
• 3,620 thrombocytopenia/low platelet
• 17,619 life-threatening
• 30,631 severe allergic reaction
• 9,215 shingles

Currently there are 8,000 employees of Mayo Clinic that may be
terminated due to refusal to receive the Covid vaccine. These are
intelligent people who work in the medical field. This should raise
a red flag for everyone; why are they not wanting the shot?
Meanwhile, the FDA advisory committee that voted yesterday to
allow 5-11 year old children to receive the Covid vaccine is made
up of industry insiders. They are not following the science since
Covid-19 has shown it does not affect children seriously.
Those in power are slowly stripping away our freedoms. We don’t
have free speech anymore. Doctors who speak up about the
dangers of the covid vaccine are censored or de-platformed by
social technocrats. Parents who speak out at school board
meetings were threatened to have the FBI come after them.
People suffering from vaccine injuries are censored and ridiculed.
We no longer have free press. Five corporations control 90% of
America’s news outlets: Comcast, Disney, Viacom/CBS, News
Corp, and AT&T. The news has boiled down to a bunch of
puppets reading a script.
The potential mandates the legislature is considering are in direct
violation of the 4th Amendment, the Right to bodily integrity.
Forcing people to accept an experimental treatment that has
serious side effects is not constitutional. Remember, you may be
in favor of this particular Covid gene altering therapy, but down
the line there may come another therapy you disagree with. If you
allow this to be mandated, this opens the door for others to be
mandated as well.
Supporting any type of mandates is to go along and support the
technocrats. To fully understand who is calling the shots during

They have become more powerful than politicians, which puts in

During his Tuesday night propaganda rant, Zelensky falsely blamed Russia for a Ukrainian missile strike on Polish territory.

Was it an errant strike or planned provocation — the latter with intent to draw US-dominated NATO more directly into conflict with Russia than already?

Reality is highly likely the latter over the former.

In response to puppet Zelensky’s call for retaliatory NATO “action,” Biden regime national security advisor, Sullivan, reportedly told him to cool it.

Yet he continues to blame Russia for what its forces had nothing to do with, roaring:

“I have no doubt that it was not our rocket (sic).”

“(I)t was a Russian missile (sic) based on the credibility of reports of the military (sic)” — despite no evidence suggesting it.

Even US-installed NATO puppet, Stoltenberg, said the following:

“Our preliminary analysis suggests that the incident was likely caused by Ukrainian air defense missile…”

At this same time, he falsely said “Russia bears responsibility for what happened in Poland.

Polish President, Andrzej Duda — a militant Russophobe — said the following:

“We have no evidence that (the missile landing on its territory) was launched by Russia.”

And a Biden regime statement said the following:

“We have seen nothing that contradicts President Duda’s preliminary assessment that this explosion was most likely the result of a Ukrainian air defense missile that unfortunately (sic) landed in Poland.”

In response to Zelensky’s over-the-top remarks, an unnamed NATO regime diplomat slammed him, saying:

“This is getting ridiculous.”

“The Ukrainians are destroying (confidence in them(selves).” 

Zelensky’s Big Lies are “more destructive than the missile.”

Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, called his latest Big Lie “another hysterical, rabidly Russophobic reaction that was not based on any real information.”

And this from Deputy Director of Russia’s Foreign Ministry Information and Press Department, Ivan Nechayev:

The Kiev regime “is looking for any opportunity to make an unfounded statement against Russia and express its anti-Russian vitriol.” 

Its dominant Nazis should “realize that their Western bosses are getting tired of this.” 

Russia “supports a comprehensive (independent) investigation into the incident and publication of the outcome.”

Time and again, Russia is accused of crimes committed by US/Western regimes and Ukrainian Nazis.

During Wednesday Security Council session on the incident, Russia’s UN envoy, Vassily Nebenzia, slammed puppet Zelensky’s irresponsible blame-game remarks, saying:

His latest disinformation is an “attempt to drag NATO, which is waging ‘a war by proxy’ on Russia in Ukraine, into (more) direct confrontation with our country” than already.

While uncertain at this time, the incident most likely was a Kiev false flag with this intent in mind.

Despite no evidence of Russia’s responsibility for what happened, US/Western regimes repeatedly blame the country for Ukrainian war crimes.

Russia is falsely accused of Kiev aggression against Donbass residential communities since 2014, for shelling the Zaporozhye NPP, the Kakhovskaya hydropower plant and dam by Ukrainian Nazis, for the regime’s refusal to comply with Minsk I and II conflict resolution agreements.

Indisputable war crimes committed by Ukrainian Nazis are automatically blamed on Russia, Nebenzia stressing the following:

Have any US/Western regimes “ever commented on atrocities and repression (by) Kiev regime (Nazis) against civilians in territories under its control?”

“ ‘No, you haven’t’ is the answer.”

Ukrainian S-300 missiles, HIMARS rockets and artillery repeatedly strike civilian targets in Russia.

The Kiev regime wants NATO more directly involved in war on Russia than already because otherwise its military will collapse from attrition and exhaustion.

Since hegemon USA’s 2014 coup in Kiev, the empire of lies and forever wars provided the Ukrainian regime with more military and related aid than Russia’s entire annual defense budget.

Yet despite it all since early 2014, Russia remains strong, resilient and self-sufficient.

Kiev’s highly likely Poland false flag attempt for NATO to rescue its collapsing military flopped.

The longer conflict continues, the more desperate things will become for millions of Ukrainians without heat, electricity, water and other essentials as winter cold approaches.

One terrain freezes over and Russian forces begin advancing with mobilized reservists involved, its liberating SMO may declare mission accomplished before winter’s end.

At the same time — at hegemon USA’s discretion — guerrilla war may continue perpetually to the last Ukrainian.

A Final Comment

On Friday, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergey Ryabkov, said views of Russia and hegemon USA are polar opposite each other, stressing:

On what relates to Nazi-infested Ukraine, “we have nothing to discuss with” the US.

“Whenever we touch on the topic of Ukraine, (communication) boils down to sending mutual signals, but there can be no dialogue or talks since our views are” worlds apart.

And not just about Ukraine.

On most all issues across the board.

And at this time, the same reality applies to Western vassal states.

Following Trump’s announced candidacy for reelection, undemocratic Dem Rep. David Cicilline falsely claimed the following:

He “forfeited his right to ever hold federal office again for leading an insurrection against the US (sic).”

Neither Trump or his supporters had anything to do with storming of Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021 — what Dems planned, orchestrated and directed to further discredit him illegitimately.

Their December 2019 and January 2021 impeachment charges had no constitutional or US statute law validity.

There’s plenty of wrongdoing to hold him accountable for — clearly not what happened on Capitol Hill nearly two years ago.

In 2020, he won the race for the White House.

The fake Biden lost.

Yet DJT returned to private life.

The other guy resides in the White House — illegitimately by the mother of all US Big Steals.

In an open, free and fair process — what’s virtually banned in the US — Trump or another Republican would likely trounce the fake Biden or another Dem with hard times getting harder, high inflation and perpetual war on Russia.

Attempts by Dems to bar Trump from seeking reelection show desperation at time when pocketbook issues matter most to three-fourths of US registered voters.

Dems, MSM are at war on Trump for invented reasons, largely ignoring legitimate ones.

Entirely ignoring the debauched US political system — what’s too deeply corrupted to fix.

According to NYT editors, “America deserves better than Donald Trump.”

Americans deserve democracy as it should be, not a fantasy version in place throughout US history.

They deserve governance of, by and for everyone equitably, according to the rule of law.

They deserve what’s virtually banned in a one-party state with two right wings — the war party, waging it perpetually on humanity at home and worldwide.

Neither wing warrants public support.

Virtually everything the Times claims about Trump applies across the board to the US political class.

They lie, cheat and wage perpetual wars at the expense of the general welfare and rule of law.

With rare exceptions, they’re all unfit for public office.

Operating as a virtual press agent for undemocratic Dems, the Times (and most other MSM) have been at war on Trump since first declaring his candidacy for president on June 16, 2015.

And this Times trash:

Trump “should have been convicted by the Senate in 2019 for abusing his power (sic) and in 2021 for inciting an insurrection (sic)” — even though charges against him were fabricated.

More Times trash:

“If he is still in the race when the first votes are cast in 2024, the election will once again be a referendum on American democracy (sic).”

What’s virtually banned, a fantasy version alone is tolerated.

Even that’s too much for the Times — wanting electoral count legislation enacted to make it harder to challenge rigged results.

Voters on Nov. 8 didn’t reject 2020 election deniers.

The Big Steal prevented them from winning fair and square.

Power brokers undermined what the Times called “the integrity of the (US) political process” since at least the early 19th century.

Today it’s with electronic ease, 11th hour ballot dumps and mail-ins for candidate A handed to candidate B.

The late George Carlin once said the following:

“Forget the politicians.”

They “give you the idea that you have freedom of choice.”

“You don’t. You have no choice.”

“You have owners. They own you. They own everything.”

“They own all the important land.”

“They own and control the corporations.”

“They got the judges in their back pockets, and they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear.”

The Times and most other MSM believe that debauched governance only applies to Trump and MAGA supporters.

It’s deep-seated throughout the federal, state and local levels.

There’s nothing remotely democratic about undemocratic Dems.

They’re two sides of the same coin on issues mattering most – differences between them largely rhetorical.

The self-styled indispensable state reflects hypocrisy, not democracy.

Whenever so-called elections are held, dirty business as usual always wins — at the expense of the public interest, what both wings of the one-party state don’t give a damn about.

And one more thing.

Republicans gained House control by a slim margin.

Will it make a difference?

Not enough to matter, except perhaps for holding the fake Biden’s feet to the fire for political gain ahead of 2024 elections.

For ordinary Americans, it matters little which wing of the war party runs things.

They’re ill-served either way.

Grand theft elections 2020 and 2022 weren’t the only stolen ones in US history.

Winning the old-fashioned way has been commonplace since at least the early 19th century.

What makes 2020 and 2022 different from earlier Big Steals is modern technology.

Along with a tepid GOP response instead of refusing to accept grand theft by Dems begs the question.

Looking ahead, are grand theft elections by undemocratic Dems the new abnormal?

Is voting a waste of time when results are pre-determined ahead of election day?

What happened in 2020 and 2022 should generate a national convulsion of indignation, outrage and refusal to accept indisputable fraud.

On Nov. 8, Dems pulled off grand theft Senate, what’s indisputable.

How? 

With electronic ease.

By voting machines rendered inoperable after checking out OK hours earlier.

By 11th hour ballot dumps.

By mail-in ballots for Republicans left uncounted or switched to Dems.

Through Monday, House control remains undecided. 

Yet with 217 announced triumphs, Republicans are one seat away from 218 needed for majority control — with 14 races still up for grabs.

To snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, Dems have to win them all.

Will what’s near-impossible happen?

Will Dems steal both House and Senate control?

Or will they throw Republicans a bone, permitting GOP House control by a Faustian bargain — letting them gain nominal lower house control in return for going along with key policies Dems want implemented?

No matter which wing of the US war party runs things, privileged interests are served exclusively at the expense of the general welfare, peace, equity, justice and the rule of law.

In 1895, Chicago Daily News columnist, Findley Peter Dunne, used his fictional Mr. Dooley character to explain that “politics ain’t beanbag,” adding:

“Tis a man’s game, an’ women, childer, cripples an’ prohybitionists’d do well to keep out iv it.”

Nor is it for supporters of electoral integrity and governance of, by and for everyone equitably.

Commenting more on Monday about grand theft Arizona, the Gateway Pundit explained the following:

On Nov. 8, Dem turnout in Maricopa County was 17%.

Yet according to manipulated results, they won over 50% of county votes — where 63% of Arizonans reside.

On Nov. 9, USA Today reported that GOP gubernatorial candidate, Karie Lake, won 70% of votes cast on election day.

Yet we’re falsely led to believe that Dem aspirant, Katie Hobbs — Arizona secretary of state in charge of vote-counting — pulled ahead at the 11th hour by dubious ballot dumps.

On election day, Republicans had a record-breaking turnout.

Numbers of registered Maricopa County voters break down as follows: 34% Republican, 30% Dem and 34% calling themselves independents.

On Nov. 8, nearly three-fourths of independents chose a GOP ballot, less than one-fourth a Dem one.

If Arizona ballots had been correctly counted, Republicans would have achieved a landslide triumph.

Yet with about 98% of votes tabulated, Senate aspirant, Dem Mark Kelly, was reported the winner over GOP candidate Blake Masters.

The gubernatorial race went the same way — Dem Katie Hobbs over Republican Kari Lake.

Not only is something rotten in Arizona, brazen fraud handed one race after another nationwide to Dems, including ones legitimately won by Republicans.

On Monday, NBC News “estimate(d) (that) Republicans will hold 220 (House) seats, while Dem(s) will control 215 seats, with a plus-or-minus 3-seat margin or error.”

Cook Political Report analyst, Dave Wasserman, said it’ll take a “miracle” for Dems to retain House control at the 11th hour.

Nationwide, Republicans got around 5% more votes than Dems.

If accurately counted, they’d regain House and Senate control.

The Big Steal prevented it in the upper house with the jury still out on the lower one — 9 days post-election.

A Final Comment

Undemocratic Dem Senate majority leader, Schumer, said the following:

“I’m going to say to the Republicans in the Senate who are not the MAGA Republicans, stop letting them lead your party (sic).”

Sell your soul. Sell out your constituents.

“Work with us to get things done (sic).”

“I intend to sit down with (GOP Senate minority leader), Mitch McConnell, and express that (sic).”

“I intend to sit down with him and say we should be working together (sic).”

“You’re not going to get the extremists in your party (sic) to work with anybody (sic), but the rest of us can work together (sic) (to jointly sell out) the American people.”

McConnell is part of the GOP’s problem.

Will he sell his soul more than already by allying with pro-forever wars on invented enemies/pro-kill shots Dems?

Ignore what he says.

Follow only what he does.

Neither wing of the US war party warrants voter support — undemocratic Dems least of all.

“It only took (Dems) four days to steal this seat,” TGP reported — and with it retention of Senate control by pulling off another Big Steal.

On Saturday with Laxalt ahead by a slim margin, a ballot dump let Masto gain a 5,000 vote advantage.

Pre-election, National Republican Senatorial Committee chairman, Rick Scott, predicted a 55-seat GOP upper house majority — because “people are fed up with the Biden (regime’s) agenda,” he said.

Post-election results showed that Republicans not only failed to flip a single Dem-held Senate seat, they lost one and maybe two when results of Georgia’s Dec. 6 runoff are known.

And Dems still have an 11th hour chance to retain House control — a long-shot possibility.

With 218 seats needed for a majority, Republicans have 2011 v. 203 for Dems — as of Nov. 13, 21 races still undecided.

On Friday and Saturday, AP News called 10 more House seats for Dems, none for Republicans.

At this time with the GOP still favored to win control of the lower house, it’s still up for grabs.

Dems might pull off a double Big Steal to retain White House and congressional control for the next two years.

“We need to have serious discussions within our conference as to why and what we can do to improve our chances in 2024.”

Other GOP senators called for replacing Mitch McConnell as leader.

In Arizona, incumbent Dem Senator Mark Kelly outspent GOP challenger, Blake Masters, by a 5 – 1- margin.

McConnell didn’t provide him with enough financial firepower.

Though with the Big Steal in play for Dems, it likely wouldn’t have made a difference if both candidates spent equal amounts.

But I added this because a lot of preppers like myself forget to rotate my food out so it becomes expired or my wife needs something while cooking dinner and I give it to her out of my stockpile instead of driving to the store when I’m tired. (Come on guys, i know we’ve all probably done it!)

Remember to replenish what you have taken from your food storage, Keep up with expiration dates. Rotate them out. Do an inventory of your food to see what you are lacking.

Water

Storing water is super hard to store because is heavy and you will need so much of it for each family member. Because of this, I lean more towards water purification.

One of my favorite is the Lifestraw from Vestergaard products. They are compact and the ultimate in water purification. Read the fine print however because even though most Lifestraw products remove viruses, some don’t. (Lifestraw Personal & Lifestraw Go do NOT). For prepping purposes, I recommend you use a larger water purification device that meets the standard EPA standard for removal of bacteria, parasites, and viruses.

Medicine

OTC drugs will be few and far between when the SHTF. Buy up a stock of OTC drugs for pains, cold, allergies, and whatever else you think you may need while you can.
Prescription drugs can often be gotten in a 90 supply just by talking to your doctor.

As a reminder, keep all medicines in a safe place where children, teens and persons with questionable judgement cannot get to them.

Protection

Have a way to protect yourself if needed. For some that may mean having a gun or even multiple guns and for others in may mean a knife, or a bow & arrow. Hopefully you have multiple ways to defending yourself.

But just make sure you have at least one way of protecting yourself and your loved ones. If you have guns, make sure you have plenty of ammunition stored. Make sure again to keep these in a safe place away from children!

Light

You need some form of light. It could be an LED or a rechargeable flashlight.  It’s important for security such as it’ll help you keep an eye out at night around the perimeters of your shelter.

Entertainment

One of the most overlooked things by preppers. You don’t want to just survive. You want to thrive in a SHTF scenario. The means having a way to unwind, some refreshment.

Play cards. Read a book. Play UNO or Monopoly. Play charades. There are several things you can do to get your mind refreshed and relaxed.

Remember to keep any harmful items such as medicines and weapons away from children and in a safe place.
